Abstract

Abstract:

Based on practice, in order to achieve full service telecommunications pretreatment system in the handling of complaints against iTV users, an interface between .Netbased iTV pretreatment system and UTiTV management platform is designed and implemented. The main functions include batch download the error log data from iTV management platform, and transform the log data into the iTV pretreatment system data specification, the article introduces the main ideas and technical methods.
