Design of Wireless Control System About Spray Line Based on PLC

Abstract

Abstract: According to the surface treatment process of mechanical components, the overall plan of the production line about mechanical component surface polishing, spaying and drying was designed. The plan is consist of wireless control system composition and function planning, wireless control system program flow design, PLC selection analysis, I/O contact distribution design, wireless communication configuration, man-machine interface design. The whole system operates stably and efficiently.
