摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着多媒体技术的发展和网络的普及，人们对数字图像在质量、大小和应用上提出了更高的要求，希望能够用有限的空间和带宽资源存储与传输大幅图像，并根据实际需要，获得不同分辨率或质量的重构图像。这就要求图像压缩技术不仅要有良好的压缩效率，而且还可以灵活处理生成的压缩码流。

Abstract: With the development of multimedia technologies and the widely use of Internet, people require higher performances on the quality, size and applications of digital images, expect to store and transmit large pictures using the limited space and bandwidth resources and receive reconstructed images with different resolutions or quality according to practical needs. These require the picture coding technologies not only supplying high compression efficiency, but also dealing with compressed code streams flexibly. 
