Optimization Design and Implementation of Environmental Emergency Command Platform Based on Big Data

摘要: 针对当前以大数据环境为基础的应急调度平台中,海量数据顺序化调度存在冲突的问题,提出基于并行调度思想的平台设计方法。将环境应急指挥平台分为应急信号接收和应急处置2个阶段,对包括主控制器、单兵系统、应急通信车、收发器电路、模数电路等器件进行自适应的并行调度方法设计,引入模糊层次调度方法,由此解决顺序调度中的冲突问题。实验测试结果显示,所设计的平台具有较高的通信传输性能和应急处置性能。

Abstract: In view of the problem of conflicts existing in sequential scheduling of massive data in the emergency scheduling platform based on big data environment, a platform design method based on parallel scheduling thinking is proposed. The environmental emergency command platform is divided into the emergency signal reception and the emergency disposal. An adaptive parallel scheduling method is designed for the devices including the main controller, individual soldier system, emergency communication vehicle, transceiver circuit, analog digital circuit, etc. A fuzzy hierarchical scheduling method is introduced to solve the conflicts in sequential scheduling. Experimental results show that the designed platform has high performance of communication and emergency response.
