    For the issues of heterogeneous and lack of semantics about scientific data, this paper proposes an ontology-based semantic extraction method of heterogeneous data. Firstly, we construct the semantic extraction framework of scientific data, and on this basis, respectively formulate the corresponding semantic conversion and extraction  rules for the structured, semi-structured and unstructured data, thus form the local domain ontology. Secondly, we construct the global ontology of domain data through the association mapping, and then achieve the effective organization and unified management of heterogeneous data. Finally, we apply the related method to the field of materials, and realize the effective data management and sharing service in the field of materials.

    This paper focuses on the design of a control plane for cloud-based adaptive video streaming delivery networks. By employing feedback control techniques, we design a dynamical resource allocation controller which throttles the number of virtual machines in a cloud-based CDN with the goal of minimizing the distribution costs while providing the highest video quality to the user. Results indicate that our resource allocation controller is able to significantly decrease distribution costs and to provide a high video quality to the user.

    In order to reduce the energy consumption of nodes and prolong the lifetime of wireless sensor networks (WSN), a routing protocol based on CPSO is proposed. The
    protocol improves the cluster-head selection mechanism based on the Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH), it considers some factors like nodes’ residual energy,
    distance to base station. It optimizes cluster-head selection by CPSO and then optimizes the communication between base station and cluster-head by multi-hop algorithm. The
    simulation results show that the new protocol can save energy and prolong the lifetime of WSN compared with the LEACH.

    Optimization of energy consumption is a dynamic optimization problem. Under the conditions of larger-scale energy consumption, there exists a nonlinear

    For high dimensional optimization problems, convergence of different dimension is different to random initialization of particle swarm optimization algorithm, the commonly used inertia weight can not balance the global search and local search very well and the algorithm is easy to fall into local optimum. This article introduces a new particle swarm optimization algorithm based on dimension sine changing inertia weight and dimension mutation in line with t distribution which taking convergence of different dimension into account and keeping the population diversity very well. Experimental studies are carried out on four classical functions, and the computational results show that the algorithm has faster convergence speed and higher convergence accuracy and rate than traditional article swarm optimization algorithm.

    AFM images always have some background slope or curvature that must be removed from the image. Sources of the background can be an offset angle between the probe and surface, or curvature introduced into the image from the XYZ scanner. There are a number of background subtraction options that are possible. In this paper, we take use of mm-estimators, one most commonly employed robust regression technique to calculate the background in the image and enhance its speed via fast-s estimation approach. Numerical results prove its excellent performances in AFM image leveling compared with other traditional algorithms.

    The fuzzy c-means algorithm has several limitations: too sensitive to choose initial class center of divisions, too sensitive to noises and outliers, easy to be effected by data distributions. The improved algorithm uses the data field according to the theory of fields in physics, uses potential values of fault points in the data field to identify noise point and determine the initial class center, uses multicenters clustering algorithm that big cluster is cut into several small clusters, and then takes the separation measures as evaluation function to merge small clusters. Experiments show that the improved fuzzy c-means algorithm could make up the defects of fuzzy c-means algorithm, and be well suited to the non-uniform subject distributions.

First, we collect product reviews using crawler. Second, identify the product features which the customers mention in the view. Third, find the opinion sentences. Last, compute the emotional scores of the opinion sentences and output the emotional distribution.     The word is processed for electronic homework to generate semantic unit sequences.  The sequence’s longest common subsequence is calculated by dynamic programming method. A new concept: vacancy degree of longest common subsequence is introduced. Building a similarity degree model based on an intuitionistic fuzzy number which is inducted by longest common subsequence’s length and vacancy degree, the model is natural and reasonable. Based on intuitionistic fuzzy transitive closure clustering analysis algorithm, the electronic homewors are clustered. By discussing the electronic homework plagiarism detection based on intuitionistic fuzzy set cluster analysis algorithm’s complexity, and then gives an application example of the algorithm, the results show that the algorithm is reasonable and efficient.

    the network monitoring functions for vending machine system. Mostly combining with the module of RF-UIM card, the system  built a platform for phone-card payment to achieve the
    vending machine payment by checking the phone card. The feasibility of the design is confirmed by experiments, so it has a broad application prospects in the vending machine
