摘要:

通过采集科研院所有效数据并选取相应指标,采用改进的灰色关联分析方法,计算出各个指标与特征序列指标的关联度,同时分析其与科技创新能力综合评价之间的关联性,进而建立合理
有效的评价指标体系,为科学、合理地评价科研院所技术创新能力提供理论指导,从而更有效地促进科研院所技术创新工作不断迈向新台阶。

Abstract:

Through the effective data of research institutes collected and the corresponding indicators selected, improved grey relational analysis is used to calculate
the relevance of each index and feature sequences, also analyze the correlation between indicators and the evaluation of scientific and technological innovation ability, then a
reasonable and effective evaluation index system of research institutes is constructed. The establishment of the index system provides theoretical guidance to the scientific and
reasonable evaluation of technology innovation ability for researching institutes, thus more effectively promotes technology innovation progress of research institutes towards a
new level.
