Design of B2C E-commerce Website

摘要: 随着信息化的发展,电子商务蓬勃兴起。B2C(Business to Consumer)作为当今主流电子商务,已在全球网络购物交易额中占据相当大的市场份额。为了提高B2C电子商务网站的用户体验和企业的收益,详细的需求分析和设计是必不可少的。本文从客户、企业内部和网络营销3个方面对B2C电子商务网站进行需求分析,划分各个功能模块,分析业务流和数据流。根据需求给出系统整体设计,并重点叙述以用户、购物车、商品的关系为例的数据库设计过程。结合搜索引擎优化思想,更有利于发掘潜在用户,并为后期的网站维护和发展起了导向作用。

Abstract: With the development of information technology, E-commerce is springing up. As the mainstream of E-commerce, B2C(Business to Consumer) has occupied a considerable market share in global online-shopping trade. In order to provide a more user-friendly B2C E-commerce website and enhance the interests of enterprises, it is essential to make a detailed demand analysis and design. Therefore, the essay analyses the demand of a B2C E-commerce website through the perspective of customers, the inner enterprises and the network marketing, divides each function module as well as analyses the business flow and data flow. Based on the demand analysis, the whole design of the system focuses on the relational database design process of user, shopping cart and goods. In combination with the search engine optimization, it is more conducive to explore potential customer. Furthermore, it plays a guiding role in the website maintenance and development in the long run.
