摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着计算机和网络技术的不断发展，信息化已经成为企业实现管理的重要手段。作为企业信息化建设的关键环节，办公自动化系统经过近二十年的发展已经进入成熟应用阶段。本文对现有OA系统的体系结构进行分析，对系统建设的主要环节进行探讨，对实施经验和应用情况进行总结。结果表明，OA系统能较好地适应企业管理的需求，对企业管理水平、运行效率的提升具有重要的作用。

Abstract: As the development of computer science and network technology, informationization has become an important method to implement management. As a key node of enterprise informationization, after 20 years development, Office Automation（OA） has been to the stage of application. In the paper, the existing OA system architecture is analyzed. The main parts of the system construction are discussed. The system implementing experience and application situation are summarized. The results show that the OA system can satisfied the requirements of enterprise management, and is important to promote the enterprise management and run efficiency.
