教育信息化中课程考试成绩数据关联模式的发现

Discovery of Association Patterns of Curriculum Examination Results Data from Education Informatization

摘要: 面对海量的教育信息化数据,如何发现和分析隐藏在这些数据中潜在的、有价值的知识和教育模式,更好地为教育教学决策提供科学依据,成了亟待解决的问题。本文提出一种新的课程成绩数据关联模式发现算法。该算法针对课程成绩数据的特点,给出课程数据模型,采用矩阵加权模式发现技术对课程成绩数据进行模式挖掘,发现课程成绩数据中隐藏的数据关联规则。通过模式分析得出课程教学中的教学规律和问题,为教学管理、教学改革与决策提供科学依据。实验表明,与现有关联模式发现算法比较,本文提出的算法更有效、合理。

Abstract: Facing the massive education information data, how to find and analyze those potential, valuable knowledge and educational patterns hidden in these data, better to provide scientific basis for education teaching decision-making, has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper proposes a novel course grades data association patterns discovery and analysis method. Aiming at the characteristics of course grades data, the method gives a curriculum data model firstly, and then uses matrix-weighted patterns discovery technology to mining patterns in course grades database so as to find those data association rules hidden in the data. The teaching rules and problems in course teaching are acquired by analyzing these patterns, providing the scientific basis for teaching management, teaching reform and decision. Compared with the existing association pattern discovery methods, the method proposed in this paper is more effective and more reasonable.
