摘要: 基于虚拟仪器技术,本文设计一款CRH380B动车组制动系统仿真试验平台。该仿真试验平台以头车制动控制器实物为研究对象,利用计算机模拟和仿真技术实现其外围网络环境、电气控制和气动控制系统功能,完成仿真试验平台的搭建和测试。测试结果得到的制动响应数据与实车试验数据基本吻合。

Abstract: This thesis designs an emulation test bench of CRH380B EMU brake system based on virtual instrument. Taking physical brake controller in end car as research object, computer simulation and emulation is used to realize the functions of periphery network environment, electrical control and pneumatic system, and finally completes the establishment and commissioning of semi-physical emulation test bench. The test result shows that brake compliance is corresponded basically to test data of the train.
