    Focused crawler is an important part of the vertical search engine. The Web content relevance algorithm of traditional focused crawler only considers term frequency, ignores the location information of key terms. After the analysis of the focused crawler based on the Web content relevance, this paper proposes an improved method of calculating relevance using the features of HTML tags. Experimental results show that the average accuracy of improved algorithm is 64.99% and increases 15.37% compared to the original method.

    The particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed by Eberhart and Kennedy, thoughts of the algorithm is simple and easy to achieve by programming, so it attracts many scholars’ attention in related areas. The traveling salesman problem as an example, a discrete particle swarm optimization is proposed. The particle’s position, velocity and the operation rules are defined again. Velocity is added the shrinkage factor in the iteration process. The results show that the algorithm is of better performance.

    A low complexity sub-optimal Automatic Sphere Decoding (ASD) algorithm is proposed. Aiming at the large size of the border node list in conventional ASD, the proposed method decreases the complexity of decoding efficiently through fixing the size of the border node list; and compensates the corresponding Fanolike metric bias which gets from simulation to assure the performance. It verifies the new algorithm through the simulation. And the simulation’s results demonstrate that compared with the conventional ASD, the complexity of decoding reduces greatly at the cost of less penalty on the performance, and it adapts for hardware implementation well.

    The method of embedded zero tree wavelet code(EZW) is one kind of effective image coding method. The research for the zero tree method finds too many zero trees root in the output code of EZW and the high time complexity of the original EZW encoding algorithm. To reduce the number of bits for zero tree root, a fixed RLC is proposed to encode the continuous zero trees. In this algorithm the lifting wavelet is employed to reduce the time complexity of EZW. Experiment result shows that the proposed algorithm can improve the image compression ratio and the coding efficiency comparing with the traditional EZW algorithm.

    This paper proposes a new packet scheduling algorithm for multi-service scenarios on High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA). This packet scheduling algorithm consideres both the delay constraint and the fairness for each traffic class while guaranteeing different quality of service (QoS) for each traffic class. The strategy is evaluated in a scenario including steaming and interactive and background traffic. Numerical simulation results show that system performance can be more significantly improves employing this algorithm than that with PF or M-LWDF method.

    This paper proposes a two-dimensional temperature field reconstruction algorithm which simulates the sound propagation path based on the least-squares algorithm. The algorithm uses the sound deflection principle and considers the bending effect of the sound propagation path, simulates the actual sound propagation path by the interpolation method. The simulation results show that the algorithm can correct the curved sound path automatically and reconstruct the temperature field simultaneously. Comparing with the leastsquares algorithm, this algorithm can significantly improve measurement accuracy.

    A grid resource allocation and task scheduling algorithm based on intelligent is proposed, because the grid resources scheduling is a discrete problem, the discrete particle swarm algorithm based on selfadapting inertia is adopted. Aiming at the later of algorithm, the discrete particle swarm algorithm is easy to fall in local optimum, it is combined with tabu search algorithm. At prophase, the discrete particle swarm algorithm is presented, in the late tabu search algorithm is using to local search. And by using the grid simulation tools Gridsim Toolkit, a grid simulation system for experiments is developed. Experimental results show that the algorithm is of higher optimization ability.

    This article discusses a new eliminate algorithm of vehicle shadow. That is combination of the vehicle shadow characteristics and geometric model. And it is realized by OPENCV and VC 6.0 platforms. The algorithm bases on the analysis of the characteristics of vehicle shadow, and combines the shadow geometric model, transforms the coordinate of the relevant pixels, according the direction of driveway line which has been extracted, finds the critical of vehicle and shadow in the new coordinate, and then eliminates the shadow and transforms back to the original coordinate. Experimental results show that the effect of this method of vehicle shadow remove is very good.

    This paper proposes Intrusion Detection Based on Hybrid Gene Expression Programming (ID-HGEP), which combines the theory of attribution reduction in rough set to improve precision and efficiency on intrusion detection. Through extensive experiments on high dimension data sets, it is shown that ID-HGEP is apparently more advantageous in terms of convergence speed, intrusion detection efficiency and average consumptive time in contrast with traditional intrusion detection algorithm on GEP.

    In order to meet the requirement of water quality monitoring, the hardware implementation scheme of pH value sensor node based on wireless sensor network is proposed. The design scheme includes four parts: pH value acquisition module, microprocessor module, wireless transceiver module and power module, which can be used to monitor pH value of the lake, river and other different water environment. The hardware modules and software flow are introduced in detail. As a result of wireless transmission, the system solves the difficulties of development, expansion, upgrade of wired communication, which is of low power consumption, low cost, flexible deployment, easy maintenance and other advantages and it is of a broad application prospects.

    This paper firstly introduces the work principle and main characteristics of EPON and EOC technology, and discusses the CATV network bidirectional reconstruction of the existing HFC network based on EPON+EOC or EPON+LAN. Through a bidirectional reconstruction design examples in commercial district, expounds the design ideas based on EPON+EOC in CATV network bidirectional reconstruction. It can be seen that the EPON+EOC technology can extremely save the investment in the network construction, which is the best choice for residence community and commercial district.     It is a hot issue to study how to locate the resource efficiently in P2P networks and grid computing. Chord is a structured P2P routing protocol based on DHT, with the features of fully distributed, load balancing and availability and so on. But it is of a poor performance because of redundant information in the finger table. In this paper, OHChord is proposed. It reduces redundancy and improves query stability by two methods. Firstly, an improved finger structure is presented for removing redundancy. Secondly, a hot routing table is added for each node. Comparing with the original Chord and partitionbased Chord, OHChord can improve the resource retrieving efficiently.

    Fundus images which are gotten by fundus camera are usually used for doctors’ assistant diagnosis. Existing fundus camera can just get local fundus images, however global fundus images are more effective and comprehensive. Automatic fundus image mosaic method is of high precision and intelligent, but still not perfect. In the actual clinical diagnosis, interactive mosaic is more practical, even the pictures which have no overlap can be spliced together. This paper proposes a method of the interactive splicing of funduss images which carry out based on VC++, then it can get the smooth results with clear features. It lays the foundation for the following retinal image processing.

    In order to recognize container code precisely and effectively, a recognition method of container code based on combined features is proposed. After preprocessing the segmented binary image of single character, the character features including hole, concaveconvex, leap, stroke, etc. are extracted. Then the treelike classifier is used to classify and recognize the container code, and combine the validation rules to verify the results. The method doesn’t need complex thinning procedure on the character image, improves the computational speed and avoids the character distortion. Experiment results show that the average recognition rate can reach 93%, and the recognition speed can reach 0.065 second per container code(including 11 characters).

    This paper presents an improved screen-sharing scheme applied to computer room teaching. The scheme uses C/S mode. The server is timed to capture screen image and mouse icon, saves them as bitmap data stream, uses GDI+to compress it to JPEG file, then uses the socket to broadcast image data. The client receives the image data, then displays it on the local screen, so screen sharing is implemented. Experimental results show that the server screen reproduced on the client’s screen is clear and smooth, and it can maintain real-time synchronization with the server. The scheme meets practical needs of multi-media teaching in the LAN environment.

    The freeway takes large parts of city’s traffic flow. Good traffic managements and control strategies can ease traffic congestion effectively. This paper uses Visual Basic to develop a simulation program based on macroscopic dynamic network model METANET and ALINEA control model. Then the program is used to simulate a network with two origins and two destinations. The simulation results show that speed of freeway adds about 10 km/h and the capacity of freeway with ALINEA control adds about 150 veh/h. The ALINEA control can relieve traffic congestion effectively.

    The increasing building collapses cause serious losses on people’s lives and properties, but today there isn’t a perfect system to monitor the collapsed status of the buildings. So this paper puts forward the health remote monitoring information system of building based on simulation platform and Short Messaging Service (SMS) platform. The simulation platform displays the realtime health status of buildings, when the result of analysis is more than a certain threshold, the SMS platform timely and initiatively distributes the early warning information to the related person, so that the realtime status of buildings can be monitored, and it can achieve the initiatively early warning, timely evacuate and reduce losses. This paper designs the architecture of the system and describes its function modules.

    The paint dark color matching simulation is one of the paint color matching technology difficulties. This paper analyzes the features of database building of dark color matching simulation, the relative paint color parameters describing method is used targeted, a multibase database building algorithm of dark color matching is proposed, and the algorithm is actually verified. The experimentation verifies that the process of database building is simplified, the problem of obtaining inaccurate paint color parameter data by traditional algorithm is solved, and is of important application value to improve the accuracy of the dark color matching simulation.

This limits the number of processors that can be scalable to simulate for the logical bus contention. This paper presents a simple distributed directorybased cache coherence protocol that will solve scalability problem of Simics.

    According to the disadvantages in the malware detection technologies used now, this paper gives a research to the propagation behavior of malware, and extracts its signature. A distributed malware detection method is proposed and a set of experiments are made on NS-2. The result shows that this method can effectively detect the malware.

This paper considers the mechanisms of folksonomy and Wikipedia, combines expert knowledge with user experience, explores the new mechanism for user interaction thesaurus updating and maintenance. The interactive method, which is composes by recommendations based on standardized thesauri and userdefined theme is put forward and verified by the experiment. It is expected to reveal the real needs of users accurately, and promotes the sustainable optimization of thesaurus.

    The dome temperature of one telescope influences the image quality of the telescope. This phenomenon is called the dome seeing. In order to detect dome temperature micro-changes, this paper designs the data acquisition system of turbulence fluctuation measurement based on SD card.It can be used to detect the small temperature changes in the telescope dome. The experimental results show that the acquisition system can collect a lot of data through multichannels at anytime. In the observational astronomy, the data acquisition system of turbulence fluctuation measurement based on SD card has practical significance for the design of the telescope dome.

    Decomposition and composition of periodic signal is analyzed with trigonometric form of Fourier series in signal and linear systems, and square wave’s decomposition and composition is simulated with Matlab. The experiment result shows that the square wave can be decomposed into the summation of DC component and different frequency cosine components (or sine components). The sum of the DC signal and limited harmonic components under certain conditions can be approximated the square wave. The error and Gibbs phenomenon are analyzed in the process of square wave’s composition. The principle of periodic signal’s decomposition and composition can be comprehended with software simulation, it is very important to understand the concept of the signal spectrum and the system’s spectrum analysis.

This paper mainly introduces the design and realization of ECTest, an energy consumption forecasting and monitoring as well as temperature monitoring system based on workload. ECTest is a kind of real-time monitoring software of energy consumption based on C/S mod. It applies dynamic methods to estimate the realtime energy consumption of the clusters by monitoring and obtaining the workload of the computer system clusters. Now, ECTest overcomes the disadvantage of existing energy consumption test methods and reduces the estimate cost of energy consumption.

    In order to improve the efficiency of the draw plate in signs industry and standardize of operational process, this paper studies a parameterized drawing way and technology. The method combines ObjectARX 2008 and C# in Visual Studio 2008 to proceed the AutoCAD secondary development. Elaborates the structure of the design and parameterization cartography system in detail, the design as well as the process of the parameterization cartography using the design result. In the process of drawing, the computer automatically generates the special scale plate when the drawing person input the required parameters. Real applications show that the proposed method can greatly enhance the working efficiency. This system extends the scope of AutoCAD secondary development.

    Aming at irrelevant and redundant attributes could decrease the classification accuracy of decision tree, this paper proposes a method that building decision tree based on the reduction that chosen base on the consistency criterion. After the process of discretization for continuous attributes for the 5 twoclass samples from UCI machine learning repository, constructs C45 and CART decision trees based on rough set theory and consistency criterion respectively. The experiment based these 5 samples shows the method based on consistency criterion is efficient and feasible for decision tree building.

    For the lack of a standard reader-writer lock mechanism for the multi-thread synchronization in the Windows environment, the paper discusses three implementations on the reader-writer lock in use of the critical section and gradually reveals the advantages and disadvantages. The design of a reader-writer lock can be achieved by numbers of critical sections, and the different combinations will have the diverse read / write priority tendencies. Because multiple threads try to enter and leave the readerwriter lock on the complex cross-operation, there needs further analysis and testing for the internal details of the critical section in the specific circumstances to ultimately ensure the reliability of the reader-writer lock’s implementation. The paper also provides some details on try-lock mechanism.
