摘要: 针对大中型泵站工作现场静态特性测试的要求,基于“传感器-计算机”的设计思想,以PCL-818L数据采集卡为核心,通过信号加工和处理电路的设计,开发出大中型泵站静态特性简易的测试系统。系统软件采用Visual C++,可在Win32环境下运行。整个测试系统具有操作简便、人机交互性强、成本低等特点。

Abstract: Based on the concept of sensor-computer, a new hardware design method on static characteristic testing system is put forward for the large and intermediate scale pump station with the core of PCL-818L data-acquisition card, by selecting appropriate hardware such as sensor and designing signal processing circuit according to testing requirement. The testing system is developed by software of Visual C++, operating under Win32. It is simple and convenient, with low manufacturing cost and friendly interface.
