Design and Implementation of Hemodialysis Distribution System

摘要: 设计与实现一套医院血液透析配送系统。系统硬件采用数据采集卡、继电控制、AD调理板、传感器、电磁阀和泵实现透析液的输送,软件采用C#语言和SQL Server数据库,实现进水、加药、搅拌、出水、加压等血液透析配送自动控制和手动控制,以及相关的信息化管理。为了满足系统在实际应用中对稳定性、正确性和精准性的要求,软件实现配送异常判断及报警处理,以及对操作异常的提醒等功能。实际应用表明,该系统能很好地满足医院血液透析配送的需要,具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract: A hospital hemodialysis distribution system is designed and implemented. This system’ hardware uses data acquisition card, relay control, AD conditioning board, sensor, solenoid valve and pump to implement hemodialysis distribution. Software uses C# Language and SQL Server database to realize automatic control and manual control of hemodialysis distribution including inlet water, dosing, stir, effluent and compression, and related information management. In order to satisfy requirements for stability, correctness and accuracy in practical application, the software realizes the functions of transport anomaly judgment, alarm processing, and abnormal reminder of the operation. The practical application indicates that this system can well satisfy hospital hemodialysis’s need, and have better application prospect.
