摘要： 3G通信技术的兴起使无线网络传输的带宽完成了一次飞跃。将3G技术集成到GIS系统之中,使之能提供除地图、3D地图等功能以外,还能让用户获得实时的音视频信息、传感器数据以及视频回放等功能，方便人们管理和监测。本文使用COM组件技术将不同的3G终端数据采集设备集成在一个GIS平台之上。

Abstract: With the development of 3G communication technology, the bandwidth of the wireless network transmission completes a leap. With the 3G technology being integrated into the GIS system, it can provide maps, 3D maps and other functions. In addition， it allows users to access realtime audio and video information, sensor data and video playback functions to facilitate management and monitoring. This article uses the COM component technology to integrate data which is from different 3G terminals capture device to a GIS platform.
