摘要: 目前执行应急任务的单兵需要携带照相机、录音机、GPS、指南针、手机等设备,负担较大,不利于开展行动,同时也无法在第一时间上报现场情况的多媒体描述资料。在研究Android的系统特点以及应用程序开发的基础上,设计基于Android的应急指挥系统,实现一个Android应急指挥系统原型。搭载该系统的Android设备可以集成多种需求,减轻现场处置人员的负担,提高现场和指挥中心的交互能力,增强单兵的行动能力。

Abstract: Currently, the individuals for emergency are slow-footed, because they have a burden that needs to carry cameras, tape recorders, GPS, compass, mobile phones and other equipments. Meanwhile, they can not report their findings by the multimedia description in the first time. In this paper, we studied the Android system characteristics, the software programming, designed an Android emergency command system, and implemented an emergency command system prototype on Android. The Android devices with this system can be integrated a variety of requirements in order to reduce the burden of disposal site staffs, improve the interactive capabilities between the site and command center, and enhance the action ability of individuals.
