摘要:

主要介绍以HPV系列压电陶瓷驱动电源为核心的法珀滤光器平板平行度控制系统。该系统包括电容式边缘传感器支持电路、压电陶瓷、压电陶瓷控制电源、计算机及其接口电路。该控制系统可以实现伺服控制,其软件可扩展,可移植性比较强。通过对软件扩展和硬件调整,该控制系统可以直接应用于大型拼接望远镜面型控制。

Abstract:

This article mainly introduces the HPV piezoelectric ceramics driver as host controller of FabryPerot filter control system, used to keep the two mirrors parallel in the filter. The system primarily includes five parts: the circuit of edgesensor, piezoelectric ceramics, piezoelectric ceramics diver, the interface circuits and computer. The system has the function of servo control. The software of the system can be updated and transplanted. The system can be directly used to giant segmented mirrors telescopes through amending the structure of the hardware and software.
