摘要：

以邯郸交通运输公司为背景，通过分析其运输资源与客户需求的匹配度，以统一客户中心、统一调度中心为目标设计运输管理信息系统。通过业务流程、数据流程和实体间相互关系分析信息系统的需求，再通过功能规划、数据库设计和硬件网络以支撑整个信息系统。通过开发基于ASP.NET的运输管理平台进行监控，可以优化企业的运输资源配置，提高其核心竞争力。

Abstract:

A more suitable information system of transportation management for Handan Transportation Company is designed and implemented. After analysing the matching of transport resources and customer demands of the company, the system has both unified customer center and dispatching center. The requirements of the system can be known by analysing the relationship among business processes, data flow and entities, and the system is build up by function planning, network database designing and hardware nets. By monitoring this information system, the company can optimization the transportation resources and gain higher ability on core competitiveness.
