Abstract:  In order to improve the writing and implementing accuracy of the ER training in the oil depots, a hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive assessment model is adopted to assess the result of the ER training objectively and fairly. Firstly, the set of the influencing factors is determined. Then the evaluation level and the assignment are set. After that, the membership vector can be calculated. Finally, the results of the two-level fuzzy assessment and the comprehensive assessment can be calculated which realizes the ER training assessment of writing, implementing and effect evaluation. The assessment method overcomes the problems that the recovery quality is low when the staff questionnaire survey is used purely. And it has been successfully used in assessing the ER training of the oil deports.
