摘要： 简要介绍了负载均衡技术的分类及其发展，重点介绍了服务器集群负载均衡技术及应用。并对评价负载均衡优劣的重要标准之一——负载均衡算法的种类做了详细介绍及优缺点比较。对近年来一些新的负载均衡算法做了介绍。最后，对服务器集群负载均衡技术的发展前景做出了展望和预测。

Abstract: This paper simply introduces the types of load balancing strategy, and mainly describes the concept of load balancing of Webserver system. It also includes a detailed presentation of the algorithms of load balancing, which is a key point of judging load balancing strategy, and a comparison of these algorithms. Besides, an introduction of some new load balancing algorithms is presented in the paper. At the end of this paper, the prospect of load balancing on Webserver system is showed.
