摘要: 由于GPRS传输速率有限,远程图像监控系统的清晰度和帧频一般比较低,为了提供较为清晰的监控画面,本文设计一种基于两个GPRS模块的远程图像监控系统。在监控系统前端对监控画面进行分析处理,采用Kalman滤波动态背景生成和相对背景差法的原理,把监控画面分为监控背景和运动目标两部分,通过两个GPRS模块进行传输,在监控中心再将两路图像进行合成,从而提高了监控中心监控画面的清晰度,提高了监控的有效性。

Abstract: Because of the limitation of GPRS transmission channel, the image articulation and the frame frequency are quite low. In order to provide the clearer pictures, this article designs a kind of remote image monitoring system based on two GPRS modules. The system uses the Kalman filter and the relative background difference method to analyze and process images. The image is divided into two parts, the background and moving object. Then it transmits two parts through two GPRS modules. In the monitoring center the remote image monitoring system combines images from two parts. This approach can improve the image articulation and the effectiveness of monitoring in the monitoring center.
