    This paper adopts Virtools+ThinkPHP+Apache+MySQL technologies to construct collaboration network teaching platform based on Web. Learners take part in the process of learning in the network engineering projects in avatar’s manner, feel the simulated network training scene, and cooperate with other learners to complete the network engineering training. Practice shows that, using this platform can effectively improve the learning interest of students, reduce the teaching cost and improve teaching effect, which is worth promoting and using in the network technology practical teaching.

    Along with the enlargement of the actual application of DC-DC converter, people put forward the higher requirement to the stability of converter system. Thus, accurate and effective modeling and simulation are of great significance to the development of converter. Taking Buck circuit as an example, this paper presents two new kinds of models called hybrid bond graph model and average bond graph model. The two models are all derived from basic theory of the bond graph modeling, but they differ in the control mode of circuit switch. First, through the analysis, the two kinds of bond graph models are achieved, and are built in the GME (Generic Modeling Environment) software. Then, they are automatically converted to Matlab diagram model through the software and simulation in Matlab. At last, by comparing and analyzing the simulation results with the actual output waveform, the correctness and feasibility of the two models are verified.

    In order to satisfy the demand of situation display in military applications through the mobile terminals, two aspects are studied in this paper, one is the static geographic information display, the other is the dynamic real-time situation display. Several key techniques are solved during this process, such as the generation of vector data map tiles, the coding of situation information and the display of military-mark information. Finally a prototype is built in mobile terminals based on Android system, which confirms the feasibility and rationality of the design proposal.

    As an important means of cloud resource management, resource scheduling is directly related to the integral stability and the overall effect of cloud computing. Numerous users and diverse needs cause the complexity and difficulty of task scheduling in cloud computation environment. If the scheduling algorithm is not precise enough, the result will lead to excessive load due to the excessive missions of some nodes in the cloud environment. This paper puts forward an improved task scheduling algorithm by means of researching traditional algorithm. The algorithm can dynamically adjust the load of nodes and avoid the overload operation of nodes according to the current state of nodes. The numerous results of simulation experiment show the strategy can dynamically adjust the load range of each node in cloud computing so that the cloud calculation platform can operate efficiently.

    Virtualization is a key technology of cloud computing, and desktop virtualization is one of the main applications of virtualization technology. It can decouple of the user’s terminal device with the desktop environment, and each user’s desktop environment is stored in the server-side. Users access desktop environment through network by using terminal equipment, and the core technology is server virtualization. Virtualized resource pool is a collection of resources, which is built in the Linux servers by using server virtualization technologies. It can provide suitable desktop environments for terminal equipments, and it’s the foundation for desktop virtualization. Libvirt is a C library that supports KVM virtualization. After analyzing the Libvirt library and KVM-QEMU virtualization principle, this paper proposes a method to design and implement a virtualized resource pool which supports resource nodes dynamic access.

    Aiming at the application scene of smart home data acquisition in wireless sensor network application, this paper puts forward an improved LEACH algorithm called SH-LEACH. The algorithm divides area for nodes according to its coordinate and takes the residual energy into consideration when electing cluster head. Cluster heads do data fusion before transmiting data packet so that acquiring low power consumption. The Matlab simulation results show that, comparing with LEACH algorithm, the algorithm effectively balances the distribution of cluster head, reduces the node energy consumption and prolongs the life cycle of single node and entire network.

    Hollow sphere, as a general model of solid sphere, is often used in heat transfer engineering projects, while it is seldom investigated. This model assumes that it has large convective heat transfer coefficient, a heat-insulative inner surface, and does not contain an inner heat source. The transient heat transfer model of a hollow sphere under a constant-heating environment is derivated, using the conventional method of seperation of variables. Particularly, the Cm coefficient in the complete solution can be obtained by spherical Bessel equation. Besides, a 3D temperature field is plotted using Matlab. This model supplies a general and convenient tool for analysis of homogeneous sphere heat tranfer problems.

    How to guarantee the accuracy of the reputation of E-mail users reflecting users’ behavior in sending mail is one of key problems in reputation-based spam filtering method. To handle this problem, a reputation scheme based on users’ feedback is proposed. The scheme recurs to the trust relations among users in social network and the information provided by users’ feedback in order to guarantee the adaptability to the dynamic changes in users’ behavior. Furthermore, a double-stage spam filtering method is proposed based on the reputation scheme, which integrates the trust among users and the reputation of users in the process of E-mail classification. The simulation results show that the proposed method is able to achieve both good adaptability to the changes of users’ behavior and good performance in E-mail classification.

    According to the requirement of different roles accessing and showing different menus in some application software, this paper proposes a dynamic menu generation algorithm based on m-tree. The algorithm defines different roles grouped by different users, and then sets different menus for these roles. The relevant menus can be generated, shown and operated by different roles. The experiment results show the algorithm can avoid all kinds of misoperations. It can improve work efficiency with the proposed algorithm.

    This paper, aiming at the nonlinear characteristics of CPI and the parameters of being difficult to be objectively determined in RBF neural network, puts forward a kind of optimization of RBF neural network method which combines orthogonal least squares (OLS), K-means clustering and gradient descent algorithm, computing activation function with the linear combinations of Gauss, reflected sigmoidal and inverse multiquadrics radial basis functions, then builds a model for CPI to fit and forecast by using the optimization algorithm of RBF neural network. Experimental results show that the model is of a good convergence and generalization ability, the model has a certain universal applicability in the prediction performance which is obviously superior to the single method forecast and the hybrid network on Gauss kernel function.

    Rough set theory can be applied to rule induction. There are two different types of classification rules, positive and boundary rules, which leading to different decisions and consequences. They can be distinguished from the syntax measures and semantic measures. Both the two can be interpreted by a probabilistic extension of the Pawlak rough set model. Attribute reduction is an important concept of rough set theory. This paper addresses attribute reduction in decision-theoretic rough set models regarding the classification properties of decision-monotonicity and provides a positive-based Veduction model in attribute reduction and its analysis.

    Power allocation is a key technology in cooperative communication. In this paper, for improving the channel capacity, a multi-nodes and multi-antenna model is proposed for the cooperative communication. Under the assumption of the total power is constant, the improved OPA(Optimum Power Allocation) algorithm is proposed which taking the maximum system capacity as rule. Compared with APA (Average Power Allocation), theoretical analysis and simulation results show that OPA has better performance than APA.

    Based on lifting scheme, the new prediction operator and update operator are constructed to modify the second generation wavelet algorithm by spline interpolation. The new second generation wavelet not only has the characteristics of the amplitude attenuation, local non-zero and volatility, but also has high regularity. Simultaneously, the new second generation wavelet transform is developed by spline interpolation, and it’s effectiveness for extraction of high-frequency signal is verified. Specific method for function approximation by sparse expression of the new second generation wavelet is given. Numerical experiments show the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.

    Intelligent recommendation of insurance scheme is an important component to assist insurance product recommendation; it can use the computer to automatically generate the best insurance scheme for different demand users. An intelligent recommendation approach for insurance scheme by genetic algorithm is constructed, the personalized recommendation of insurance scheme based on the key principle of insurance scheme is presented, and the fitness function adapted to this model is introduced; what’s more, the hybrid encoding with groups natural number is employed, the crossing and variation operation are proposed using constraint conditions. The simulation experimental results show that the proposed approach is feasible and valid in insurance scheme recommendation.

    For solving the Ant Colony System (ACS) own inherent defects, this paper proposes a novel combinatorial Ant Colony Optimization algorithm with detection zone strategy. In the proposed algorithm, the pheromone and the search path are modified dynamically. By using the detection method, the artificial ants are detected automatically per m iterations during the detection zone. When the ant colony falls into the local optimum, the variable q0 will be adaptively modified by the algorithm. Meanwhile, for improving the search abilities of artificial ants, it changes the global rate of pheromone evaporation and the maximum and minimum of pheromone, respectively. The performance of the novel algorithm is conducted, and the comparison among the original Ant System (AS), Ant Colony System (ACS) and the proposed algorithm is shown. The experiment result demonstrates that the CAAC(Combinatorial Adaptive Ant Colony) has a better performance than ACS in term of the capability of search and ability of restrain stagnation.

    With the purpose of improving the performance of speaker recognition, an adaptive speaker recognition method based on GMM is proposed. It can automatically select different length of speech for different speakers so as to reduce the recognition time through two aspects: speaker acoustic features calculation and recognition probability estimation. So it can remarkably improve the recognition speed than customary methods while keeping the correct recognition ratio. Experiments show that the recognition speed is increased about 4 times while keeping the recognition ratio at the level of 97%. This novel method is very fit for large muster of speaker recognition based on GMM.

    Monitoring of atmospheric particulate matter has been greatly attracted by the government, the public and the media. This article introduces the monitoring methods of the atmospheric particulate matter concentration and the new developed auto-monitoring analyzer for particulate matter concentration based on membrane weighing method. By analysis and processing of the particulate matter, the results show that the cutting performance of the analyzer is well. And it realizes the remote real-time monitoring and controlling system by LabVIEW. It is a great help to develop equipments for monitoring particulate matter and the industrialization in our country.

    With the development of communication industry, the higher requests to adaptive array antenna filtering system is put forward. This paper first uses the rarefaction characteristics of compressive sensing technology to reduce the computational complexity of data, sends it to adaptive antenna filtering system to process, and then uses the reconstruction algorithm, SP algorithm (Subspace Matching Pursuit) to reconstruct signal. It can effectively reduce the computational complexity of adaptive array antenna filtering system and improve the data throughout of adaptive array antenna filtering system.

    For the large height span and dramatic changes in the model parameters of airlaunched cruise missile during the whole process from launching to hitting ground target, and the request for sideslip angle of BTT control, using H/Mixed sensitivity design method, this paper describes the parameter variations as multiplicative uncertainty in the output, the robust controller is designed based on three-channel decoupling model of the missile. The simulation results show that the designed controller is able to ensure strong stability and well time-domain response performance to the selected different characteristic points throughout the flight trajectory of cruise missile, inhibit lateral overload effectively in the process of turning, and achieve the goal of limiting sideslip angle.

    Boiler as the pivotal equipment of burning, its safe operation is essential, because boiler has complex structure, damage, wear, acid gas corrosion and improper operation will cause malfunctions. In order to avoid failure, this paper combines wavelet transform and neural network to constitute wavelet neural network and applies it to boiler fault diagnosis. Experiment results show that the wavelet neural network fully inherits the advantages of wavelet transform and neural network, this method has better fault diagnostic capabilities, the fault diagnosis accuracy is obvious better than BP neural network.

    Considering the issues of depleted shutdown guidance of solid carrier, a depleted shutdown guidance method based on zero-effort interception state is proposed. In the closed-loop guidance stage, considering the gravitational acceleration difference of the target and carry, a display-guided method based on zero-effort interception state is deduced. It is a simple, high guidance precision, versatility guidance method. In the energy management stage, the energy management strategy is designed to apply to the zero-effort interception state. It reduces the severe jitter in the end of energy management and also ensures the carry is on the zero-effort interception state. The simulation shows that the depleted shutdown guidance method ensures the shutdown time is above zero-effort interception state and high-precision hitting the target.

    The quality of binarization algorithm of text image directly affects the character recognition performance of text extraction based on gray-level image. Compared with several common binarization algorithms, this paper proposes an improved algorithm combined histogram analysis with OTSU. By means of the interval analysis and classification in histogram information, the algorithm reduces the search range of threshold value, and utilizes OTSU to get the optimal threshold value. The experimental results show that it offers key techniques to reduce the light influence of OTSU, and is of general segmentation applicability.

    Traditional blind steganalysis algorithm for JPEG image is mainly designed by a single or two feature-sets fusion. However, for multiple feature sets, how to select an optimum combination to fuse from these feature sets is still at a research stage. This paper proposes a universal steganalysis method for multi-feature fusion based on the improved AdaBoostSVM JPEG image, and many experiments are designed to verify the performance of the algorithm. By experimental comparison, it is found that this method can obtain a feature combination of optimum fusion effects with limited computational complexity in JPEG-imaged blind steganalysis for multi-feature fusion.

    Particle system is a common method of smoke simulation in 3D technology. According to the movement manner of explosion smoke, the expanding of explosion smoke is simulated by controling velocity and size of particles. The rolling effect is simulated by controling normal rotation and sampling texture vertex rotation. The smoke particles are rendered with Alpha blending technology and particle quadrilateral changing to spherical. With few particles, the explosion smoke show perfect simulation effect and real-time performance. Experiments show that this method is of good real-time performance.

    For the problem of textureless regions, occluded regions and depth discontinuity regions in the stereo matching, the new algorithm based on the adaptive support-weight of geobal graph segment stereo matching is proposed. On the one hand, it can reduce the matching error which happens in the depth discontinuity regions and the textureless regions by the single adaptive support-weight matching method. On the other hand, as for as the occlusion handing and smooth express in graph segment, a optimal solution is achieveding by using a certain smooth constraint and occlude constraint to build energy function. The experimental results indicate that the algorithm can guarantee the reliability of matching.

    Steel plate surface defects seriously reduce the steel wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance and other properties. Therefore, the detection of plate surface defects is very important. This paper proposes a new method to detect steel defects based on machine vision. Collecting images of steel plate surface in various light conditions are discussed. Firstly, the defect images are preprocessed, and then the preprocessed images are changed to binary images and are processed morphologically. Finally, the image background and object graphics are separated, and the surface defect features are extracted to calculate the defect area and perimeter. After the calibration, the defect’s area and length can be obtained. The experimental results show that the method is of reliability and repeatability.

    Image segmentation is an important technology for digital image processing. This paper presents a new image segmentation method based on edge detection and mathematical morphology, and verifies its effectiveness in cell image with Matlab platform. Using the knowledge of mathematical morphology during the detection of cell edge, image processing of expansion and filling effectively makes up defects of single segmentation algorithm such as segmentation edge insufficiently sophisticated and cell internal more holes. The image corrosion in the display stage makes the cells more smooth edges and the segmentation results look more natural. It greatly improves the readability of the segmented image.

    Conventional Gabor representation and its extracted features often yield a fairly poor performance in retrieving the rotated versions of the texture image under query. In this paper, a rotation-invariant Gabor texture representation is presented to address the issue. In the proposed algorithm, each representation only requires few summations on conventional Gabor filter impulse responses. The dimension of the new feature space is much reduced, which leads to a much smaller metadata storage space and faster on-line computation on the similarity measurement. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed invariant Gabor representations and its extracted invariant features significantly are superior to conventional Gabor representation approach for retrieving the versions of rotated texture image.

    As image processing algorithms are increasingly complex, increasingly require high performance to CPU, while traditional CPU-based image processing methods cannot meet demand. The graphics processing of CUDA-based graphic processing Unit (GPU) is researched and implemented. This paper full makes use of GPU prominent parallel processing capability, adapts CUDA, uses C++ language to implement image processing algorithm. By studying and designing of GPU parallel computing process of Gaussian blur processing algorithms, color negative processing algorithms, combined processing algorithms, and to achieve the same eflective performance comparison with CPU, this paper proves the efficiency of the GPU-based image processing algorithms.

    This paper analyzes the situation of the networked computer aided industrial design, and points out the deficiency of the current industrial design systems. To develop a more effective industrial design system, the concept of cloud industrial design is proposed based on cloud computing. The difference between the cloud industrial design and the existing industrial design systems is discussed. A system of the cloud industrial design and its system structure are put forward. The technical problems for realizing the cloud industrial design are also discussed. Finally, a prototype system is presented, and its functions are demonstrated.

It elaborates how to integrate the SSi framework to implement the village information management system and shows some core codes and key technologies. The experiment results prove that using SSi framework can simplify the development process, and the village information management system is of good scalability and maintainability.

    In view of the performance bottleneck in the treatment of massive data of the relational database which is adapted by the traditional electronic government platform, using the advantage of Hadoop distributed platform in mass data processing and combining HDFS distributed file system, Map/Reduce parallel computational mdoel and Hive data warehouse technology, this paper designs an electronic government cloud platform that combines relational database with Hadoop. Both of them collaboratively provide mass data query operation and storage service, so as reduce load pressure of the relational database server and enhance the extensibility of electronic government platform. Through the experiment, it proves that the scheme can greatly enhance the query efficiency of electronic government platform. This paper further analyzes the influence factors of query efficiency of this scheme to provide the reference for further study of building efficient electronic government cloud based on Hadoop.

    The hierarchical structure of the relationship between activities in the activity-on-node (AON) network diagram is difficult to be clearly displayed when there are more activities. Hence, the traditional AON network diagram is extended by introducing the scope activities (or nodes) to solve this problem. Problems of nodes’ locating and arrows line plotting between nodes in the extended network diagram are studied and an algorithm is proposed to plot network diagram. The network diagram drawn according to this algorithm can clearly show the hierarchical relationships of activities. Meanwhile, it is of simple structure and clear logical relationships by folding and expanding the scope activities.

    o solve the communication problem between human interface devices (HID) and the computer applications, performance characteristics and the communication mechanism of HID in 32-bit Windows environment are analyzed first, based on that a new and practical communication interface is designed. Related Windows APIs are utilized by the interface to identify, open and close HID, and the two-way communication between HID and computer applications is achieved in asynchronous mode. Wave Panel is taken as experimental platform, and the results show that the interface is of good generality and communication function, it can be better accomplished with it.

    Activity-on-arrow network is a very important map in modern project management. Against the traditional method of drawing activity-on-arrow network, in the process of which exists a lot of crossover, the messy layout and complex structure, this paper proposes a method of drawing activity-on-arrow network by studying some key issues, such as calculating and arranging the position of the activities, suspending activity, producing dummy activity, optimizing network diagram and so on. The cases show that the method of generating activity-on-arrow network has the characteristics of high efficiency, few cross and simple structure.

    The diversity of raw data file formats is a problem for application of CINRAD (China New Generation Radar) data. In order to solve this problem, different data file formats of CINRAD are analyzed, an auto-identification method is proposed. Raw data file formats are identified by auto-analysis of binary information. The proposed method is of simple flow, high accuracy rate and high expandability, it can be applied before module reading by radar data, and thus makes software compatible with various radar data formats at low expense.

    CEGUI (Crazy Eddie’s GUI) is an interface development library which is open source and fully object-oriented, and it provides free interface design framework for game users. This paper first introduces the architecture of Graphical User Interface (GUI) library CEGUI, and then elaborates the process that CEGUI generates game interface through parsing layout file. Finally, on the basis of combination of GUI library Qt and CEGUI, an interface editor QtCELayout is built. By using QtCELayout, user can edit game interface and export corresponding layout file, which is more convenient for them to design CEGUI interface rapidly, thus greatly reducing time and energy needed for interface development.

    The development of wiring data is useful for examining circuitry, finding components and information alternation of equipments during the application of IETM in integrated support. This paper designs the framework of wiring data model and develops its basic functions to improve the efficiently of IETM. The wiring data of use case circuit is formatted into XML according to wiring data schema model. It realizes the call and query of data by XML serialized and deserialized technology. Using the XML special data store technology, XML document is stored in native database; it keeps the integrity of data format. Finally the information of wiring data is shown by combining XSL and CSS.

    Wind power accurate prediction is important to the reasonable allocate use of wind power, power grid stability, commercial operation and decision service etc. This paper takes advantage of wind power prediction software at home and abroad, researches on the wind power prediction work flow, a WINd Power Prediction(WINPOP ) system which consisted of data acquisition, power prediction and precision analysis is designed. The paper introduces the designing idea, analyses the overall architecture and function module design, shows the main functions. At last, it gives the application example of the wind farms. The results of the test data indicate that WINPOP is reliable and the accuracy is above 85%. After using of the forecasting system, it can reduce rotating spare capacity, improve the utilization of wind power and ensure the safe and stable operation of power system.

    ava technology is widely applied in embedded systems and consumer electronics fields, for its advantages in platform neutrality, security, adaptability of network environment. J2ME is a Java platform for embedded devices. The phoneME, an open source J2ME software, is researched. A transplanting scheme of J2ME platform on the ARM-Linux embedded system is proposed. By setting up cross compile environment and related configurations, the J2ME is transplanted and established on S3C2410 system. The J2ME platform can provide Java applications on embedded systems. Experiments show that the transplanting scheme is feasible.

    In order to improve the bandwidth of communication system and real-time performance of data storage system for the traditional Hardware-In-the-Loop Simulation system, a real-time data management system for large capacity and high speed data based on RTX is designed. RTX PCI device driver development technology is used to establish reflective memory communication system, which increases bandwidth effectively. The Real-time Database System (RTDBS) is designed to improve real-time data processing speed by using RTX memory management technology, multi-buffer read-write technology, message queue technology and inter process communication technology. The test results show that, the Real-time Data Management System can meet the request of HILS system, with real-time performance in 1ms and communication speed at 70MB/s.
