    This paper proposes a clustering simplification algorithm, which has a weight of neighborhood point samples. This algorithm treats the surface variation and the quantity of point samples in the neighborhood as a threshold. So the user can control the threshold to be apt to split the clusters which have more point samples and a certain curvature, and get a more suitable simplification.

    Particle swarm optimization algorithm is put forward according to the simulation of migration of bird flight their foodsearching and the group model, and is a novel stochastic optimization algorithm which can use to solve optimization problems. The models of bird flocking and swarm actions are firstly introduced, and the fundamentals characteristics and the working mechanisms of PSO algorithm are also analyzed. Then this paper introduces the optimization strategy of particle swarm optimization including improve the convergence rate, discrete algorithms, improve overall group diversity.Finally, some suggestion on future trends and existing problems related to PSO algorithm are discussed and concluded.

    Distributed real-time system has characteristics such as dynamic, distributed and so on. In order to make it a better execution efficiency, an efficient scheduling algorithm to carry out the task scheduling is needed. This paper designs an algorithm on multi-queue scheduling supporting fairness of queues and security policy for some distributed real-time systems with security restrictions.Finally, the test results of this algorithm in the grid simulator are given.And it also compared with some other scheduling algorithm. The results show that this algorithm in the case of large tasks meets the security requirements, and realizes the fairness of queues preferably.

    Recovery of surface spectral reflectance is impossible exclusively with conventional RGB cameras.The appearance of a captured image depends on both the illumination spectrum and the spectral reflectances of objects in the scene. Even if the illumination spectrum is known, an RGB camera provides only 3 measurements which is insufficient to recover the spectral reflectance
    This paper constructs a set of multi-spectral imaging camera system, which consists of 12 DHHV1300FM cameras. And eleven len are installed with filters with different wavelengths. The paper proposes an algorithm of multi-spectral imaging system based on group of camera to recover the spectral reflectance of the scene efficiently and robustly, that combines with the advantages of using multiple spectral sources and the groups of multispectral camera. Finally, simulation verifies the validity of this system.

    License Plate Recognition(LPR) plays an important role in intelligent transportation system, and the license plate locating is the critical technique in the LPR. An accurate and efficient algorithm to locate vehicle license plate is proposed. The plate is firstly located by gray change which described by calculus of differences, the different types plates is processed by binary algorithm. The experiment results show efficiency and good performance of the algorithm in vehicle license plate location.

    Currently, many colleges or organizations are still relying on standalone registration system to collect and manage registration information of examinee for National Computer Rank Examination. This method has its disadvantages as follows: firstly, for people who work for registration, the workload is heavy and working efficiency is low; secondly, it is inconvenient for examinee. Registration on the Web is one of efficient ways to solve this problem. Hereby this paper analyzes the processes of NCRE registration and designes an aided register system based on Web for NCRE offline registration system. The result proves, it is one of the effective way to supplement standalone registration system. It lightens the workload and improves working efficiency. Also, it is convenient for examinee to register.

    H.264 video coding standard is more efficiency and stability than the original coding substantially,but its computational complexity is also increased significantly.Reducing the complexity of encoding operations, improving real-time encoding, but no affecting the coding efficiency, it is necessary to make a study of the complexity of H.264. Intraprediction, inter-frame prediction, transform coding and entropy coding algorithm are improved to increase the compression ratio in H.264. This paper analyzes the above key technology in H.264, gives the complexity of modules in H.264 based on JM86. Testing results show that the complexity of H.264 encoding is mainly reflected in the inter prediction module. To speed up H.264 encoding speed, it is necessary to optimize this module.

    An algorithm based on wavelet transform for hiding digital watermark in image is presented. In this algorithm, a 2level DWT decomposition of the original image is performed and then the important perceived factors are adopted by certain strategies as a watermark embedding regions. The watermark is embedded into the lowfrequency subband repeatedly in order to improve the accuracy of the watermark detection. Test results show the good transparency of the watermark and the good robustness of the algorithm for the best known attacks such as noise interference, image compression/clipping and other image processing actions.

    The single 2D image is taken as the research object. Firstly color image is converted into a gray image. And then a relationship between the information of the missing third dimension and gray value is found directly. Finally the missing third dimension of surface is found through the relationship.     Aiming at the requirements of the copyright information required high capacity and the strong robustness based on MPEG-4, a method of video watermarking which is based on DCT domain in MPEG-4 is proposed. The algorithm synthesizes wavelet transforms, chaos theory and spread frequency technology to do the watermarking pretreatment, and chooses the watermarking embedded domain according to the texture characters of video images. The algorithm, which used for reference of the idea of LSB algorithm, embeds the watermark information into DC component in DCT domain of I-VOP. The experimental results show that the watermark has good invisibility and robustness.

    A digital image scrambling algorithm based on chaotic sequence is designed after the analysis of Logistic map’s features. According to the pixels’ location, subsequences are acquired from the binary sequence mapped which is from chaotic sequence generated by Logistic map, and then they are made XOR operations with the binary sequences obtained by bits expanding of pixels’ gray value, at last the image is encrypted. The key codes of the algorithm are presented in the paper. Experimental results show that the algorithm has good scrambling effect with higher efficiency and safety.

    A multiple-agents structure of virtual traffic environment is established. Vehicle agents’ hierarchical model of driving behavior, the sensing, decision-making and operating procedures are analyzed. With the application of fuzzy expert system, a driving behavior model of vehicle agents is established. To simulate drivers’ characteristics in real life, driver factors are added to make the virtual traffic environment in driving simulators closertolife. OpenGVS is used to generate and display the driving virtual scene interactive and in real-time. The result shows that this model can reflect diversity, randomness and fuzziness of real life driving behaviors. This model is generally effective and can provide truer and more satisfying virtual traffic scene in driving simulators.

    Colored Petri Nets(CPN) is the powerful tool for modeling the disperse event dynamic system. Queueing model can not analyze the dynamic behaviors of the queueing system and Colored Petri Nets can overcome these defects by introducting into the modeling of queueing system. The toplevel model is built up and the four elements of queuing system are given specific description of 〖JP3〗a CPN. This paper gives a concrete example to illustrate the use of CPN analysis in the queueing system. CPNTools is used to emulate the mode1.The results are compared with the theoretical value of the mathematical model and are analyzed to verify the feasibility.

    This paper introduces the multi-core network processor OCTEON and the basic development needs based on OCTEON, discusses the design and implementation processes for developing the high precision flow replay system based on this chip under Linux platform, including the communication between the host and OCTEON via PCI, and the timestamp implementation of high precision flow replay and the simultaneous replay of multiple flows. The performance test for this system shows that the flow replay based on OCTEON realizes highly parallel and highprecision processes. The implementation of this system has high application potential for network data flow detection, filter and IDS under high-speed Gbps environment.

    This paper uses the classical vector space model for text classification Web page. The weighting of traditional TFIDF formula exists some problems, such as the Web page keywords calculation, the differentiation between keywords is not high. This Web page structure is divided into two parts, one part containing the title, meta data, link anchor documents and Web pages keywords, another part containing the Web page body, and the weighting of the keywords is strengthened. Because the part of page body calculation adopts the improved IDF, so the keywords in the class differentiation effect are promoted to a certain extent. After the test, it proves that the method is feasible.

    The article designs a kind of fan fault diagnosis system based on LabVIEW DSP module. Relying on the noise signal of the fan collected by TMS320C6713, the recognition system utilizes power spectrum gravity center, sound level, wavelet frequency segment power of the signal as feature vectors, and a BP network as classifier for fault diagnosis. The experimental results show that it is effective to extract fault information by the combination of lifting wavelet and neural network. The entire system has adaptability and feature extraction capability. The diagnose results are reliable and accurate.

    The three B-spline curve in the actual project has been widely used. The three B-spline curve drawing system of any control points has not yet been found in the current literature. In order for B-spline curve to be more widely applied and for the “ComputerAided Geometric Design” course on the B-spline curve visual teaching to be userfriendly, this paper programms the three B-spline curve drawing system with Matlab GUI. The system interface is simple and easy to use. The screen coordinate system can be clicked with the mouse to input any control points. Any control points can also be entered by file way. Bspline curve equation may be described with matrix to achieve a quick count and draw a smooth curve of the three B-spline.

    This paper uses the architecture of Intel XScale ARM CPU, the UP-TECHPXA270-S hardware as development platform, Windows CE 5.0 embedded operating system and the application program interface framework of qt-embedded-wince-opensource 4.5, designs and implements the intelligent GPS terminal.     In the Web development of small and medium-scale enterprises, upload or download of many types of LOB data are often needed. Moreover, with the increase in business, it’s very important to establish a reusable system and easier to maintain it. Presentation layer uses Struts2, business logic layer uses Spring and endurance layer uses iBatis(SSi2), they are free lightweight frameworks and often used in Web development. After analysis of the three frameworks, the three frameworks are integrated to process LOB datas in the Web system, several key points, the advantages of hierarchical design, low coupling between the codes are elaborated through the integrate. After integrating, the maintainability and expansibility of the system are greatly strengthened.

    Chinese word segmentation is one of main challenges for search engine. By analyzing the scoring mechanism of the document of Nutch, for the situation that word segmentation of Chinese word segmentation module of Nutch does not conform to Chinese language habit, this paper proposes to use Paodingjieniu Chinese word segmentation module based on dictionary to segment the data collected by Nutch, describes the method that how to realize Paodingjieniu Chinese word segmentation module on Nutch, then tests the word segmentation module. Experiments show that the word segmentation result of Paodingjieniue word segmentation module more conforms to Chinese language habit, and the coverage of terms are more balanced for documents, in addition, 20%~65% of the storage space of index file is saved.
