    Network software, UNICORE, is utilized to compile weather computing resources to the fullfledged computer at Chengdu Regional Meteorological Centre, for the sake of solving problems on national weather computing resources, which are unevenly distributed geographically and comparatively insufficient in remote regions. Next, as a partial node, it is added to the national meteorological computing network platform. Users have free access to the resources on the platform via the Internet. Practical application shows that this platform makes a great contribution to integrating resources, sharing benefits and weather service for disaster mitigation and prevention as well. 

    In wireless broadband mobile radio communications like OFDM, to ensure successful communications in such wireless transmission channels, some powerful multiaccess schemes and errorcontrol techniques are necessary. One of them is Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest with Turbo Code. In this paper HARQ typeI, HARQ typeII and the four strategies designed for implementing HARQ typeII are analyzed. Two kinds of methods, one without ARQ and the other one with HARQ are simulated under AWGN and multipath fading channel. The simulation results show that the system without ARQ, and the one with HARQ typeI have no significant gain. On the other hand the one with HARQ typeII satisfies the Quality of Service (QoS) requirements and improves the utilization of wireless channel.

First, on the basis of a thorough analysis of the defects in traditional modes, a reasonable and efficient strategydatabase connection pool is put forward, which greatly improves the management efficiency of database connection with this technology and makes it possible to develop highcapability database application. Second, several key technologies in connection pool management are also deeply analyzed, such as the determination of the size of the connection pool, transaction processing, encapsulation, and the connection of multiple database servers. Last, a general framework of database connection pool and its usage are given.

    In the field of industrial control, the communication of computers need particular driver generally, including InTouch and RSview32 communication. The OPC defines an opening port, in this port, the components based on PC software can exchange data, therefore, in the field of automation control, OPC provides an ideal method for the connection of field apparatus and industry application programs. Aiming at the problem of communication between InTouch and RSview32, this article introduces the OPC technology based on data exchange and probes into how to realize the communication between InTouch and RSview32 by the OPC technology. Finally, it achieve that InTouch can receive data from RSview32 successfully. Tests show that the method has good stability and reliability.

This paper gives the formal definitions of ontology and ontology mapping at first, then the methods for mapping evolution after changing of ontology are discussed. The changes of ontology are classified into three types: deletion, addition and modification. Then, three new mapping evolution algorithms according to the three different types are presented. The results of experiments prove that the new algorithms can resolve the problem of ontology mapping evolution basically. The paper uses vectorization methods of inland waterways map with data collection to generate electronic maps of inland waterways.     Because the roughgranular object is rather small and its surface is not smooth, there are some limits to judging them through the plane features. The conventional physical methods or indirect measurement methods can not meet the environment, parameter setting and many other processes demands of automatic sorting. This paper proposes an automatic method to sort the roughgranular object. Firstly, the threedimensional information is reconstructed from images and then the information is applied to select the appropriate eigenvalues. Then the roughgranular object is sorted by the selected eigenvalues. This method makes use of the power of GPU to accelerate the process. The test shows that it can meet the automatesorting requirements.

    Nowadays a lot of paper documents are stored in the computer by scanner, but how to classify and retrieve these credentials becoming a main issue. With the OCR technology, there are many software products which can recognize and manage paper documents. However, in many cases, only classifying and indexing is necessary, rather than recognizing a whole credential. The paper presents a fast and efficient classifying approach for credentials based on template matching, and employs Tesseract,which is open source, to recognize optical numbers and letters. The approach is simple, efficient and effective in reducing customer’s costs. In addition, in order to get a higher recognition rate, images are preprocessed according to the specific characteristics of credentials. Experiments show that the approach can greatly improve the recognition rate, and it is also a illumination to professional OCR software. 

    Data acquisition system based on sound card is widely used in engineering measurement and teaching implementation area, which is suitable for collecting pyisical signal within the scope of audio frequency. This paper smmarizes development techology of this system in hardware and software sides, including the interface between controller and sound card, characters of sound card and the methods of software development techology on system. A example for data acquition system based on sound card is given in graphicprogramming language LabVIEW. The feasibility and limitations of system is referred, which provide reference to engineer in measurement area.

    Based on wireless sensor SP30 and CAN (Control Area Network) bus, the bidirectional tire pressure monitoring system is realized. This system monitors the realtime pressure and temperature in the tire. The tire position is identified automatically. It exchanges the data with other nodes in the CAN bus. The bidirectional communication is realized between the monitor module and the wireless sensor module. The control scheme, hardware and software design are introduced. The bench test in the lab shows that the TPMS can monitor the tire pressure and temperature accurately. The data can be exactly exchanged between the TPMS and CAN bus node. 

    This paper takes the naturalness enhancement of TTS system as background, mainly studies the construction of duration models of prosodic layer in declarative sentences. At first, draws up the principals for boundary segmentation of prosodic layers in Uyghur sentences, then completes process of prosodic level tagging for 40630 representative sentences manually, at last builds up the duration model of each prosodic level. The research results show that the thoughts and methods for the particular problem in this paper are feasible and practicable, and it establishes a solid foundation for the naturalness enhancement of TTS system.

    This paper applies the algorithm of knowledge acquisition of incomplete information system based on tolerance relation and discernibility matrix to analyze the decisionmaking problem. According to contrastive analyses of results between incomplete decisionmaking table and complete decisionmaking table, validity of knowledge acquisition of incomplete information system is verified. The results show that the method of information acquisition in incomplete information system can efficiently control knowledge missing and extremely information expanding.

This paper uses the stored procedure and trigger to design a log system to store and manage the 3D spatial data.It also sets the switches to disable and enable triggers timely to release resources. It is not only an improvement to the Oracle database application performance in the 3D spatial data management and the developer productivity, but also a consolidation to the 3D spatial data management security.
