    Considering the efficiency of calculation, according to the characteristics of the real discrete particle systems, the cellular automata model is designed and built, and an example in a threedimensional spiral space is given and analyzed. Examples show that the method can be run in threedimensional complex space, and the cellular automata can qualitatively reflect the phenomena of the contact and friction between particles. The method can be used to display the evolution of threedimensional discrete particle system dynamically, and the computational performance of CA is highly over one of the discrete element method.

Meanwhile the solution steps of genetic algorithm are proposed and simulated by the tool of Matlab, in this way the efficiently solving of basic genetic algorithm is verified.     In order to process the vast highspeed network data and resolve the load balance caused by user data accessing in cluster storage system, a method of load balance based on NP is introduced. This paper introduces the basic NP principle of series of OCTEON CN56XX, analyzes the primary characteristics of unload balance, proposes a dynamic load balance arithmetic. Through collecting the key factors of node server every third moment or so, each node introduces weights and the capacity, controls task allocation by dynamic feedback to ensure that the new arrivals is assigned with node surplus capacity to the corresponding server. While taking into account the performance and running state of node server, it improves the improvement of whole cluster.

    In view of that virtual environment, where there are massive moving objects, a parallel collision detection algorithm based on octree space division and pipeline is presented. The virtual environment is divided into a series of subspaces by octree division. Then it carries on the collision detection between the nodes in the same subspace. The bounding volumes trees are established for every object in the same subspace. The task trees are established by traversing the bounding trees. The tasks are assigned different processors to deal with. Pipelining and multithreads are adopted, parallel collision detection is realized. Experiment results show that comparing with conventional collision detection based on octree, the efficiency of the algorithm is greatly improved.

    This paper introduces S.L.Peng’s adaptive signal decomposition based on instantaneous frequency and local narrow band signals, and then analyzes two types of local narrow band signal decomposition method. This algorithm selects local narrow band signals as the base signal, and extracts local narrow band signals from the null space of a singular local linear operator, so as to achieve the adaptive signal decomposition. By comparing with the Matching Pursuit (MP) method, it gives their internal relations.

    The isoline extracted from DEM is one of the basic functions of computer mapping and geographic information system. This paper proposes an isoline extraction method based on interval tree from DEM. This paper references the algorithm of inserting elements in balance binary sort tree to create interval tree’s nodes; when searching the grids the contour line passed, it just sorts those grids which are belonged to the nodes the search path passed, avoids sort all grids in the interval tree, and reduces the search time. Experimental results show that the algorithm has an advantage in time than the older algorithm.

    An improved Genetic Algorithm model is described based on the structure of cobweb. To abate the disadvantage related to the fitness of genetic algorithm, the improved genetic algorithm model is combined with several optimal methods brought from the study concerning the structure of cobweb. The improved genetic algorithm model improves the initialization and fitness assessment successfully. By the comparison between two results conducted by the improved genetic algorithm model and the standard model SGA respectively, the accessibility of the new genetic algorithm model is verified. 

    A novel multiple audio watermarking algorithm based on vector quantization technique and DCT transformation is proposed. To accomplish the purpose of copyright protection and content integrity authentication at the same time, the robust and fragile watermarks are both embedded into the carrier audio signal. The robust watermark is embedded into the middle frequency coefficients of DCT during the codeword labeled vector quantization process, and the fragile watermark is embedded into the high frequency DCT coefficients by using the index constrained method. Blind extraction can be achieved both for the robust and fragile watermarks. The simulation results indicate that the induced distortion by watermark embedding is small, and the robust watermark can resist to most of the common attacks. At the same time, the fragile watermark can accomplish the effective location to the random substitute falsify.

    Parallel processing has become a key technology in modern computing technology. In recent years, the development of software leads to a collection of heterogeneous computers to use parallel computing resources. This paper explores how works of the structure in the ring network topology parallel differential evolution algorithm to improve the method’s speed and performance. The results show that the exchange of information subpopulations in the range assigned to different nodes of the performance of the algorithm has a significant impact. In addition, not all of the mutations differential evolution strategies are equally sensitive to this parameter.

    As a new optimization strategy, Artificial Fishswarm Algorithm(AFSA)is not sensitive to initial parameters and values, has the abilities to overcome the local minimum and obtain the global optimum solution. According to the mathematical model of the electric locomotive’s secondary spring loads adjustment, a corresponding optimal model based on AFSA is presented and a method to the electric locomotive’s secondary spring loads adjustment is proposed for the first time. Results of simulation on HXD1B locomotive show that: (1) The method can converge to the same global optimal solution, and the algorithm is stable and reliable; (2) Comparing with the genetic algorithm, AFSA obviously improves the convergence speed and reduces calculated amount and computing time under the condition of the same initial group.

    In order to improve the quality of meteorological observational data and to provide reliable data sources for researching on atmospheric activity regular pattern and a variety of meteorological applications, the paper presents a quality control method for atmospheric data, which using Drools rule engine and RETE algorithm. The method can check the message with traditional alphanumeric codes exactly and realtime. It also has some flexible ability on selfdefining and maintainability, by which to adapt the developing and changing requirements about atmospheric data. This method may inherit the traditional quality control methods, such as climatic extreme range check, internal consistency check, time consistency check, and spatial consistency check, etc. It can enhance the processing efficiency of realtime data, and can also promote the accuracy of result produced by meteorology applications. The practices prove that the applications with this method are effective and efficient.

    MCU, temperature sensor, heating system, mixing system, keyboard and LCD are composed of the integrated smartmelting point apparatus, and its working principle is introduced. The hardware circuit and software program design are expounded, and experiments are carried out again and again. The results of experiments show the apparatus can get that the temperature control accuracy is ± 0.2 ℃, linear warming error is no more than 0.5%, and all criterions consistent with national pharmacopoeia standards. It can also prove that the configuration of hardware is simple, the software algorithms are scientific, and the instrument can achieve temperature control of lowcost highprecision. 

    Highdimensional indexing technique, as the quick query strategy in high dimension data, has been widely used in ContentBased Image Retrieval. This paper builts a highdimensional indexing structure to store the eigenvalue of image inside using Rtree which is firstly proposed by Guttman in 1984. In order to improve the efficiency of image retrieval, this paper first introduces the structure of Rtree. Then the advantage of Rtree searching is analyzed by comparing the query times and searching time of Rtree searching and linear structure searching respectively. The experimental results demonstrate that, benefited from the Rtree structure, the query times and searching time are reduced and the efficiency are improved remarkably.

    This study applies 3D visualization to the human body meridians. The threedimensional coordinates of meridians is acquired by Wintracker and meridian test equipment. The coordinate conversion matrix M is calculated by camera calibration based on OpenCV. By matrix M, the 3D location coordinates of the meridians can be converted into 2D image coordinates which would be drew in corresponding positions in body surface figure by image fusion technology to realize realtime 3D visualization. 

    Due to the limitation of vascular imaging equipment and complexity of vascular morphology, vessel segmentation has been challenging. A method is proposed to realize 3D vessel segmentation in view of the character of CT liver vasculature, which combines Hessian matrixbased multiscale filter, morphological method and 3D region growing. Firstly, gray transformation is used to enhance region of interest, and the vasculature is enhanced using Hessianmatrixbased multiscale filter. Secondly closing operation and 3D region growing algorithm are utilized on the enhanced images. Finally, the disconnection is connected via dilation operation. Experimental results show that the method can effectively extract vasculature that is suitable for 3D reconstruction owing to their continuity and smoothing.

    Based on the characteristic of new edge tables existing only in the scan line through the vertex, a new polygon scanning conversion algorithm is proposed in which scan range is divided and active edge table is updated by the y coordinate of vertex of polygon. The algorithm avoids the redundant identification operation to each scan line in the sorted edge table method. It is proposed the general algorithm of determined the serial number for front and back the apex and the general algorithm of creating a new edge table and the new edge table associated with of the y coordinates of apex. The steps of the algorithm are compared in a table. The result shows that the new algorithm has many advantages such as simple structure, easy to read, stable operation and fast implementation, etc.

    Facial expression recognition has been one of the important research themes in the fields of pattern recognition and computer vision. In this paper, a face detection system based on the dynamic cascade learning algorithm is implemented by C++ programs. With the help of the obtained face detector, face samples are extracted to form the data sets for expression recognition. Finally, FKT (FukunagaKoontz Transform) algorithm is applied to solve the problem of expression recognition. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

    Personalized recommender system has been widely used in electronic commerce, but there is very few recommender system designed for farmers. According to the actual situation and the existing conditions, a farmer personalized recommender system based on latent semantic analysis is researched and designed. Latent semantic analysis can overcome the polyseme and synonym problems and easy to calculate, which improves the efficiency of the recommender system. These methods and treating processes have certain reference meanings to other recommender system.

    In the presence of the networking environment, how to incorporate the tagging technique with the personal information management model can be tricky and the prerequisite of data management and sharing. According to the problems of the low efficiency and no sharing of information search in traditional personal information management, this paper proposes a data model and algorithm based on Tag Tree to organize personal data in the Local PSI, and the other based on Tag Cloud to organize the data in Global PSI. Finally, this paper constructs a distributed and integrated data environment.The algorithm can improve the precision of
    the personal information management system, and reduce the responding time. 

To solve this problem, this paper introduces metasearch engine technology and personalization technology, and the combination of the two focuses on the personalized metasearch engine model, including personalized metasearch engine overall system architecture, user interest model and the basic structure of personality mete search engine on the information collection and processing process. The personalized metasearch engine has a certain application and practical value.

    Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) developed in last few years provides highly reliable and efficient data collecting platform in bridgehealth monitoring. With the newest CC2530 solution, WSN node is small and cheap enough to be deployed in large scale to acquit various kinds of signals, such as vibration, deformation and other important parameters. Since large quantity of sensors are deployed, massive data can be analyzed in realtime with the help of data mining technology, it is possible to discover the potential relationship between raw data and structural failure which is valuable to guide the bridge maintenance.

    On the basis of introducing the international standard(Digital Addressable Lighting Interface)for lighting control, a design is proposed, which is composed by software and hardware design proposal of DALI lightcontrol module. The algorithm of protocol conversion between NET protocol and DALI protocol is discussed in detail, the solution is also presented. Finally, an application example is given.
