Abstract

Abstract: With the development of 3G communication technology, the bandwidth of the wireless network transmission completes a leap. With the 3G technology being integrated into the GIS system, it can provide maps, 3D maps and other functions. In addition， it allows users to access realtime audio and video information, sensor data and video playback functions to facilitate management and monitoring. This article uses the COM component technology to integrate data which is from different 3G terminals capture device to a GIS platform.
