暗环境下的瞳孔波动检测

Pupil Fluctuation Detection Under Dark Environment

摘要: 在测试暗适应能力的过程中,瞳孔的波动受到多种因素影响,导致检测存在一定误差。本文通过将瞳孔图像转换成极坐标形式,使用分段阈值精确提取瞳孔边缘,并引入周期性光刺激,在频域上分析瞳孔对于光刺激的响应,从而有效检测出暗环境下由于光刺激引起的波动。实验结果表明,本方法在暗环境下能有效检测出瞳孔波动。

Abstract:

 In the detection of dark adaptation, pupil fluctuation is affected by many factors, so it can bring errors to the detection.  This paper converts pupil image into polar coordinate, uses local threshold to detect the pupil edge accurately, introduces periodic light stimulus, converts pupil area into frequency domain from time domain, and detects fluctuations effectively. Experiment results prove that the method introduced is effective for detecting pupil fluctuation in dark environment.
