摘要: 针对工业环境下多维信息的测量和物联网技术应用发展的需求,研发一种通用的基于IPv6的多传感信息检测装置,装置以DSP和ARM为核心芯片,利用ARM芯片内嵌的EMIT、集成网络通信芯片LXT971和Socket网络编程,实现IPv6的网络通信设计;同时装置的DSP芯片采用基于插值计算的多维传感信息解耦校正技术,实现传感信息的准确检测。检测试验表明,该装置可实现在工业环境下多维信息的网络化准确监测。

Abstract: Aiming at the needs for measurement of multi-dimension information in industry environment and application requirement of Internet of things technology, the paper develops a general multi-sensor information measurement apparatus based on IPv6. The apparatus uses DSP-ARM processor as the kernel, it realizes the design of IPv6 network communication with the ARM’s embedded EMIT, integrated network communication chip LXT971 and Socket network programming. And its DSP chip uses interpolation decoupling technology to realize the accurate measurement of sensing information. Experiment shows that, the apparatus meets networking measurement requirement of multi-sensor information in industry environment.
