摘要: 楼宇倒塌事故日益增多给人民的生命财产带来了严重的损失,而现今还没有一个完善的系统来监测建筑物的倒塌状况。本文以此提出基于仿真与短信平台的建筑物健康远程监测信息系统。利用仿真平台在屏幕上实时显示建筑物健康状况,当分析结果超过一定阈值时,利用短信平台及时主动地将预警信息分发给相关人员,实现楼宇状态的实时监控与出现倒塌危险时主动预警,达到及时撤退、减少损失的目的。本文设计此系统的体系结构,并描述其功能模块。

Abstract: The increasing building collapses cause serious losses on people’s lives and properties, but today there isn’t a perfect system to monitor the collapsed status of the buildings. So this paper puts forward the health remote monitoring information system of building based on simulation platform and Short Messaging Service (SMS) platform. The simulation platform displays the realtime health status of buildings, when the result of analysis is more than a certain threshold, the SMS platform timely and initiatively distributes the early warning information to the related person, so that the realtime status of buildings can be monitored, and it can achieve the initiatively early warning, timely evacuate and reduce losses. This paper designs the architecture of the system and describes its function modules.
