油浸式变压器热特性在线监测系统的设计

摘要: 热特性是油浸式变压器运行状态及故障检测的重要依据之一,在线监测变压器的温度及温升对及时发现设备运行异常是有意义的。系统以DS18B20数字温度传感器为基础,设计以单片机处理单元为下位机,GPRS为通信模块,高性能PC为上位机的在线监测系统。实现变压器温度与温升远程实时监测,完成数据显示、测量曲线绘制、音像报警、报表打印、故障记录以及故障分析功能。实验证明该系统能够缩短变压器设备运行的平均故障修复时间(MTTR),延长平均无故障时间(MTBF)。

Abstract: Thermal characteristic is one of the important bases for fault detection and running of oil immersed transformer. It’s meaningful to detect abnormal operation timely by online monitoring system of temperature and temperature rise of transformer. The system based on DS18B20, uses MCU as slave computer, and high performance PC as host computer. It achieves to monitor the temperature and temperature rise in real time, and completes data displaying, curve drawing, alarming, report printing, fault recording and analysis. The results show that the system can shorten MTTR and prolong MTBF.
