摘要:针对当前现役步枪无法准确直观掌握弹匣内剩余弹药量问题,设计一种以MSP430F149单片机为核心,检测弹匣内剩余子弹数量的设备。弹匣内子弹的增减引起弹簧位移的变化产生电信号到MSP430F单片机,单片机对信号进行处理并实时传送到显示屏进行显示。试验表明,该设备检测精度高、操作方便、不影响枪械正常功能且制作费用低。

Abstract:

 In view of the current problem that active rifles can’t grasp the remaining amount of ammunition inside the magazine intuitively and accurately, a kind of equipment was designed to detect the number of remaining bullets in the magazine with MSP430F149 microcontroller as the core. According to the electrical signals generated by the displacement change of the spring which was caused by the increase or decrease of bullets in the magazine to MSP430F microcontroller, the microcontroller processed the signals and transmitted it to the monitor displaying in real time. Tests showed that the device was of high detection precision, convenient operation, and lower production costs without affecting the normal function of firearms.
