Key words: In view of nephrology doctors need for scientific and efficient management of followup data, this paper develops a pediatric nephrology followup information system, this system can import and manage data and case studies from HIS, design followup plans, import and export followup data, support for the statistical analysis of massive data for medical research and services. The paper analyzes the three layer structure, details the processes of establishing the database and system functional modules, and finally concludes the application value of the system.
