摘要: 为了减少台风给沿海居民造成的损失,提出了基于3G/GPS的海上台风预警和搜救系统方案,分别从系统总体设计、硬件设计、软件功能模块设计以及关键技术方面,全面介绍了系统的解决方案。该方案采用3G技术,充分利用它的带宽优势,并采用带GPS定位功能的手机终端,使得一些在传统通讯方式下不能实现的功能得以实现。

Abstract: In order to reduce the losses caused by the typhoon to the coastal resident, the paper proposes the 3G/GPS-based sea typhoon warning and search and rescue system solution, introduces the system solution respectively from the system overall design, hardware design, software function module design and key technology. The solution uses 3G technology, makes full use of its bandwidth advantage, and adopts mobile phone terminal with GPS function, achieves some functions which can not be achieved under the traditional communication means.
