Urban Traffic Flows Analysis and Visualization Based on Mobile Phone Signaling Data

摘要: 近年来基于包含时间和空间信息的手机信令数据进行各类交通出行问题的研究日益成为一个热点。本文提出一种Spark和MongoDB相结合的技术方案对手机信令数据进行处理,并生成手机用户交通出行轨迹,然后进行城市区域间交通流的分析。以北京市海淀行政区和三里屯商业区为例,分析区域间交通流量的吸引和发生关系,最后使用OpenLayers提供的JavaScript类库将研究结果进行可视化。

Abstract: In recent years, the research based on mobile phone signaling data which contains time and space information to solve various types of traffic problems is becoming a hot spot. In this paper, a technical scheme combining Spark with MongoDB is proposed to process the mobile phone signaling data, and to generate the traffic trajectories of mobile users, and then the traffic flow between urban areas is analyzed. Taking the Haidian Administrative District and Sanlitun Commercial District in Beijing as examples, the paper analyzes the attractiveness and occurrence of inter-regional traffic flow, and finally uses the JavaScript library provided by OpenLayers to visualize the research results.
