摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在介绍美军械缺陷报告法规的基础上，重点对美国海军军械缺陷报告类型、管理信息系统以及缺陷报告流程和时限进行分析，以期对我海军军械装备质量建设有所启发和借鉴。


Abstract: Based on the introduction of American Ordnance Deficiency Reporting Code, the category of American Naval Ordnance Deficiency Report, its management information system and the procedure and time limits of Deficiency Report are analyzed with emphasis, which may be an illumination of our naval ordnance equipment quality construction.

