摘要: 计算机测配色仿真首先要对所有色料建立颜色光学数据库。传统建库模型采用相对K、S值建库,建库工作量大且不灵活。本文针对色料的光学属性吸收系数K和散射系数S进行理论分析,提出新型的绝对K、S值建库算法,并结合三刺激值配色算法验证建库模型的准确性。实验结果表明:该建库模型大大减少了建库工作量,较好地解决了可变钛白下的配方预测难题,大大提升了计算机测配色系统的适应能力。

Abstract: The computer color matching simulation needs to establish a color optics database for all the pigments, at first. The traditional database model adopts relative K&S value to establish database, but this approach causes a heavy workload and inflexible. This thesis analyzes the optical properties absorption coefficient K and scattering coefficient S of the pigment properties, then puts forward a new type of absolute K&S value for database establishment algorithm and verifies the accuracy of database model by combining the tristimulus values color matching algorithm. The experiment shows that the new database model can greatly reduce database establishment workload and solve variable titanium white recipe prediction problem, thus greatly improve the computer color matching system’s adaptability.
