摘要: 电子合同签署协议作为当今社会用户在商定某种业务时的一种重要协议,对企业或个人的发展、利益等方面起着至关重要的作用,如何设计一种公平高效的电子合同签署协议成为主要问题和研究热点。基于离散对数求解的困难性问题,利用一种特殊的数字签名——有序多重数字签名设计一种公平高效的电子合同签署协议,通过增加时间戳,解决签名延时的缺陷,使得合同签署能够在一定的时间内完成,另外将签名严格按照某种特定顺序、特定时间执行,使得签名更加有序、高效。经证明分析,本文方案正确可行。

Abstract: Electronic contract is an important protocol in today’s society for some users, which plays a vital role in the development and interest of business or personal, it becomes a main problem how to design a fair and efficient electronic contract signing protocol. In this paper, based on difficulty of discrete logarithm problem, using a special signature—sequential-multi digital signature, we design a fair and efficient electronic contract signing protocol. By increasing the time stamp, it solves the defect of signature delay, makes sure that signatures will be done in the certain order and time strictly. So it is more efficient. By proving and analyzing, the scheme is correct and feasible.
