摘要: 空间可分级扩展编码使码流在不同层中包含不同的视频分辨率。本文提出基于HEVC标准的一种空间可分级模式,这种模式在基本层中采用基于纹理判断的方法,节省了划分更小CU的时间,得到更加有效的内部预测模式,并通过基本层的内部预测模式信息和增强层的相互关系来提高增强层的内部模式编码效率。本文提出的模式与同时联播高分辨率视频编码比较,增强层平均亮度BD率达到35.1%,层间内部预测能有更好的显示效果并能有效减少冗余。

Abstract: Spatially scalable extension video coding provides a way to deliver one video at different resolutions. The proposed methods in this paper make use of the texture features of the base layer to reduce the time of the partition of CU and gain an effective intra prediction mode, as well as take advantage of the correlations between intra prediction mode information in base layer and enhancement layer to improve the intra mode coding in enhancement layer based on HEVC. Compared to simulcast high resolution coding, the enhancement average luma BD-rate is up to 35.1% in the proposed mode, so that the inter-layer intra prediction can display better and reduce the redundancy.
