摘要/Abstract

摘要： 提出一种x86服务器虚拟化平台的性能测试系统。该系统支持Xen、VMware ESXi和Microsoft Hyper-V这3种虚拟化平台，可对平台上的虚拟服务器进行性能测试，同时获取虚拟化平台的性能数据。运用该系统对3种虚拟化平台完成性能测试，结果表明，Xen半虚拟化技术具有性能优势，而ESXi的总体表现最好。

Abstract: A performance test system for x86-based server virtualization platform is proposed in this paper. This system supports Xen, VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platforms, and it can make performance testing on virtual servers and fetch performance data of the virtualization platform under test at the same time. Performance tests are made for the 3 virtualization platforms above. The result shows Xen paravirtualization has performance advantages and ESXi performs best generally.
