摘要: 策略冲突检测与解决是策略研究领域的一个重点和难点。本文在利用本体建立策略模型的基础之上,提出一种基于SWRL规则的冲突检测方法;利用Protégé本体工具,并结合SWRL+Jess,举例验证方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract: Policy conflict detection and solution is a key and difficulty point of research on policy. This paper employs the concept of ontology in the modeling of policy, and then proposes a new method of policy conflict detection based on SWRL rules. At last, with the support of Protégé, using the Jess engine, the validity and feasibility of the proposed method are proved out.
