Abstract: This paper analyzes the current situation of simulative training system of fire fighting operators, describes the necessity of establishing simulative training system of fire fighting operators. The framework of the system is provided, and the operation flow of the system is introduced, the simulative training system of fire fighting is achieved. The system provides a new and useful training tool for fire fighting operators to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of fire fighting command and dispatch, which responses to emergencies in a non real-time environment.

