摘要: 近年来,重特大突发事件的频繁发生促进了应急信息平台的建设工作。本文首先分析特大城市区级应急信息平台的功能,接着分析并给出城市区级应急信息平台的体系结构,该体系结构共包括网络通信层、信息资源层、信息共享交换层、业务层和门户层五个层次,最后以天津经济技术开发区应急信息平台为例,给出城市区级应急信息平台开发方案。

Abstract: In recent years, a series of major incidents occur continually, which accelerates the construction work of government emergency information platform. Firstly, the functions of a large urban district emergency information platform are analyzed. Secondly, architecture of the platform is given, and the architecture includes five layers, such as network communication layer, information resources layer, information sharing and exchanging layer, business layer and portal layer. Finally, by the analysis of the case of Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area emergency information platform, the scheme of a district emergency information platform is introduced.
