摘要：

在电信企业中，急需改变传统的依靠人工实现物资需求统计及流通管理的模式。为此，在对相关需求进行详细分析的基础上，设计和实现基于.NET平台的电信内控管理系统，包括物资信息管理、库存管理、需求管理及系统管理等功能模块。详细介绍其设计方案、模块功能及主要技术特点。

关键词: 电信企业, 物资, 内控管理, .NET, Oracle

Abstract:

In order to replace the traditional management which depends on the manual records to manage the materials and circulation, this paper designs and implements the Telecom internal management system based on .NET platform system to improve the efficiency of daily work. It includes several important modules: the material information management, the stock management, the demands management and the system management. This paper introduces the design idea, design project, main functions and the technique specialty.
