摘要： 通过对科技计划信用系统实施过程中各要素的分析，结合应用实际，提出了科技计划信用评价系统的综合解决方案。

Abstract: By analyzing the key elements in implementing process of credit evaluation information system for science and technology project, the paper points out the synthetical solution of credit evaluation information system for science and technology project with practice.
