摘要: 在分析了小波提升格式的基础上,提出了基于小波提升变换的图像边缘检测新算法。首先,通过小波提升分解获得水平、垂直、对角线细节子图和近似子图。然后,根据子图特性分别采用不同的算子进行边缘检测。最后,利用小波逆变换重构图像。通过在交通车流量检测的实验表明了该方法有效性。

Abstract: According to wavelet lifting scheme analysis, a new method for edge detection based on wavelet transform is presented. Firstly, subimages of horizontal, vertical and diagonal details are acquired through the wavelet decomposition. Secondly, according to subimages characteristics, subimage edges are detected by different edge detection operator. Lastly, image is reconstructed through the inverse wavelet transform. The experimental result confirms that the proposed method is feasible through traffic flow detection.
