    The traditional association rule Apriori algorithm and its defect are analyzed, on account of the serial algorithm are lower efficiency, high time complexity and the traditional parallel computing can not deal with node failure, it is also difficult to deal with issues such as load balancing, the parallel association rule algorithm based on the Hadoop platform is proposed, the traditional association rule Apriori algorithm has been improved and the implementation process of the improved algorithm based on the MapReduce programming model is given; the improved algorithm is tested on a single computer and clusters, experimental results show that the improved algorithm has a higher efficiency, better speedup and portability.

    For the problem of real-time of target recognition algorithm based on moment is not high, and analyzes the application of the principal component analysis(PCA) in fast target recognition algorithm, this paper proposes the method based on the Jan Flusser affine invariant moments and PCA of fast recognition. By using the PCA in the Jan Flusser affine invariant moment feature space are optimized for dimensionality reduction, the method reduces the amount of calculation, and then some mainstream recognition algorithms are used to verify the real-time and accuracy of the method. The experimental results show that the method of real-time in Euclidean distance is increased 23.68%, the probabilistic neural networks is improved by 8.7%, the support vector machine is improved the accuracy of 21.01%, and only a small amount of reduction in accuracy, it does not change the recognition algorithm of the process. Meanwhile, it suits for three-dimensional object recognition under small angle change.

    In order to solve the problems that the basic ant colony algorithm for solving large scale quadratic assignment has revealed defects, this paper proposes an improved ant colony algorithm. This algorithm adopts the global pheromone update strategy, the use of distance and traffic as heuristic information and the introduction of local optimization strategy. The optimal solution for each generation is to improve and further accelerate the convergence speed. For the quadratic assignment problem through three different types of problems, and improved ant colony algorithm with the basic ant algorithm and the hybrid genetic algorithm are compared, the experiments show that the improved method has better performance.

    In order to increase the productivity of the debugging process, this paper proposes a novel strategy for prioritizing dynamic program slices by automatically calculating the probability of correctness of each statement based on the dynamic slices. First, a runtime dependence graph of the observed program outcome is extracted. The next step is the transformation from the dependence network to a Bayesian network. Finally, run a probabilistic inference for the likelihood of correctness of the execution instances and estimates the corresponding correctness of the static statements. Programmers can administer a guided bug locating process using this ranking of correctness belief. The results shows that on average our tool rank the faults to 20.2% of the dynamic slices.

    Because of its limitless and high rate, data stream is always processed within a limited range such as a data window. On the other hand, construction of synopses for data stream is always a good choice to copy with the limitation of store space. This paper proposes an algorithm for construction of synopses over data stream basing on sliding windows, which takes advantage of the merit of windows technology and synopses. The basic idea of the algorithm is to divide data stream into equally-sized basic windows and represent the data elements of a basic window using reduced wavelet coefficients. For getting the synopses with optimal maximum absolute error, the algorithm defines a parameter to reduce wavelet coefficients using a greedy strategy. At last, the wavelet synopses of data stream with optimal absolute error are got. The practical application verifies the efficiency of the algorithm.

    Test paper is an important part of examination system, while genetic algorithm is commonly used in the examination system. This article makes an introduction of the goals and requirements of intelligent test paper generation and the corresponding mathematical model is built. The new method to the problem is found out by the new algorithm of GA (Genetic Algorithm) applied in the course of data structures. Experiments show that the algorithm effectively overcomes the precocious phenomenon of traditional GA and quickens the convergence speed. It can also improve the seeking the global excellence and increase the success rate of the test taper while ensuring the quality of the test paper.

    Covering rough sets theory is an extension to classical rough sets. There are many ways to define covering rough upper approximation. Different points of view lead to different definitions in studying covering upper approximation. This paper proposes a concept called elements relationship, and by using the concept it defines covering rough sets upper approximation named element-dependent upper approximation. Different from other upper approximation, a dependency upper approximation is a definable set, and from the view of covering, it has the property of less covering-element numbers compared with other covering upper approximation.

    The traditional automatic summarization methods cannot work in the semantic level, a automatic summarization method based on ontology is proposed. Firstly, word features are mapped to concept features according to domain ontology, and then concept features weights and sentences weights will be adjusted, the last the important sentences can be selected and composed the summarization. The semantic analysis is added to the automatic summarization method which based on statistics. By using this method, the main content of the text can be more exact and easier to read. The automatic summarization experiments in the domain of bamboo and rattan prove that compared to traditional automatic summarization method, the accuracy of summarization has been greatly improved based on this method.

    Biscay distribution filtering (BDF) is an effectual method for interval estimation, it combines interval algorithm with Kalman filter (KF) estimation methods, and gets the states’ interval estimation. For a class of linear system with correlated noises, a new expression of the KF is given in this paper. On this basis, the equivalent BDF is deduced. Furthermore, this method is extended to nonlinear system. Compared with the traditional extended Kalman filter (EKF), brief complexity analysis and simulation examples show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

    This paper proposes a candidate phrase extraction methods based on PAT-Tree. By modifying the PAT-Tree data structure, the paper makes it suitable for the Chinese string of variable length, then uses mutual information to assess the candidates. Combined with news text’s features and characteristics of network hot words, the paper uses a forward filtering method to filter the candidates. Compared with other similar algorithms, our algorithm does not need complex language rules and evaluate formula. The experimental results show that our algorithm is proper and efficient.

    Hough transform is used to extract line, but Hough transform can not distinguish the line and line segment, otherwise time complexity and space complexity are very large, this paper makes Hough transform to search line segment by adding a two-dimensional counter, and uses Canny algorithm to detect edge pixel which decreases computational complexity and increases extraction accuracy. According to the characteristics of city road network of satellite, first processes the image, then checks the city road-net by using improved Hough transform, the experiment proves the efficiency.

    The objective for this paper is to handle the instability of network partition. Currently, the weight of a network is usually quantified by common measurements, such as mutual information, Pearson coefficient, etc. However, no one dominates the others. The paper proposes a robust partition algorithm, called ROPART. ROPART introduces a second-order partition strategy, to overcome this shortcoming in a robust way. Benchmarked on five common datasets, evaluated by average shortest path and diameter, ROPART shows satisfactory results. In summary, ROPART is a robust strategy in network partition, whose results always belong to the best ones and never oscillate drastically.

    The presence of infeasible program paths remains a big obstacle in applying static analysis to software engineering activities. Without the knowledge of the infeasible path problem, data flow information can only be treated in a rather conservative way, which makes further works such as test data generation or bug finding much harder and more inefficient. This paper presents a hybrid approach, combining symbolic execution and data mining techniques for infeasible path detection. Taking advantages of the precise of symbolic execution and the efficiency of data mining, this approach proves to be effective and practical.

    Based on consistent overhead byte stuffing (COBS) algorithm, a new industrial data communication protocol is proposed to improve the efficiency and reliability in industrial data transmission, which can solve the problem of synchronization, shorten the frame length, as well as save bit resources. Under the circumstance of knowing bit error rate, the quantitative relationship between the data frame error probability and the frame length is analyzed, so that the formula to calculate the optimal frame length is derived. In addition, the variable frame length feature of the proposed protocol is used to obtain an adaptive optimal frame length strategy, which can further raise the efficiency of the communication. Simulation results and numerical analysis verify the effectiveness of the proposed protocol with the optimal frame length.

    Robustness and stability of BT system is influenced by the degree of cooperation between nodes. Most of the nodes’ behavior is selfish which maximize downloads and minimize uploads, this free-riding behavior has serious impact on system load balancing and overall performance. This paper proposes a new incentive algorithm according to original BT incentive mechanism, integrates it to BT’s CPN model and then makes a verification and performance analysis using CPN TOOLS, the results show this new algorithm can avoid free-riding behavior and improve system performance.

    The existing test methods for protocol interoperability have a low degree in automation. This paper presents a framework of protocol interoperability test. A finite state machine model is put forward for describing systems under test. The framework is based on the model and the theory of passive testing.     According to multi-tenancy, access control and data isolation problems of SaaS applications, this paper analyzes and designs a kind of multi-tenancy model of SaaS information system, and detailed describes a migration scheme for logistics business transferring from the original C/S mode to multi-tenant SaaS cloud, from access layer, access control layer and data model layer. The results show that the migration scheme stable and efficient, and enhances the system scalability.

    In view of the low degree of automation equipment, decentralized management and inefficiency in the domestic manufacturers producing crystalline silicon solar cells, this paper puts forward a intelligent monitoring system of photovoltaic equipment based on CAN. This system can be used to centralized management and real-time monitor the large batches of photovoltaic equipments, realizes the centralized management and automation of the entire line of photovoltaic equipment, and improves the efficiency of production and reduces the cost of production. This paper introduces the character, structure, design and realization of the system.

    In order to detect moving targets accurately under dynamic background and achieve its distance measurement to meet the requirements of the indoor UAV obstacle avoidance, a moving target distance detection method based on monocular vision is presented. The inertial information is used to accelerate and improve the efficiency of detecting and tracking moving targets, distance measuring algorithm that derived from geometric constraints based on Pinhole imaging. The angle error of the camera is corrected on the case of preliminary measured values. Experiments show that the research in the paper can not only detect and track a moving target completely but also calculate the distance from the moving target to the camera quickly and accurately, which has significant engineering reference value.

    Combining with the characters of celluloid films, this paper provides a digital restoration system based on celluloid films. The restoration methods of blotches improve the ratio between correct detection results and false alarms by employing texture matching. Intensity flicker correction based on motion compensation and threshold method is developed, which improves the efficiency of the method and reduce the false alarms. Scratch lines detection method based on canny theory and spa-temporal is proposed, which enhances the correct detection rate by obtain the length, start point and end point of scratch line accurately.

    An image denoising algorithm for salt & pepper noise is discussed. The method divides the image into uniformed blocks with size of 8×8. Then each block is fitted using Huber surface regression. Since the Huber linear regression model is very robust against the salt & pepper noise, the discussed method can restore the noisy image effectively. Experimental results show that, compared with traditional method based on lest squares principle, the method can achieve better restored image quality for noisy images corrupted by salt & pepper noise.

    Motion capturing from existing cartoon character for cartoon reuse is time-consuming. This paper proposes a method to filter the redundant information in the source character and at the same time maximize both deformation and motion information obtained effectively. It consists of three steps: Firstly, the YUV double threshold based method is used to obtain a cartoon motion sequence including contour and drawing lines inside; Then, filter the redundant details and smoothen the contour by Fourier descriptors; Finally, capture the contour and key points from the sequence we have obtained by shape context. The experimental result shows that the motion and deformation information could be obtained more efficiently with our method.

    Cracks on the surface of metal are one of important indexes for judging metal materials. It is very important of researching in image sharpening because of noise jamming and inaccuracy while processing images. In this dissertation, attention is especially focused on several common sharpening operators, respectively on the processing of metal crack images. Several image processing effects of sharpening operators are deeply analyzed and an effective hybrid algorithm is put forward after analyzing a large number of simulation experiments. Not only the influence of the noise jamming is weakened, but also the edge characteristic of image is highlighted. Therefore, the hybrid algorithm shows favorable application value and potential prospect.

    The function library of Matlab provides a bridge to realize the design-scheme in embedded systems and helps to accelerate software development. In the present work, by using Matlab Coder, Matlab functions are converted to C code in static library files, then the generated C code are successfully transplanted and run in the embedded ARM board by using a cross-compiler in Linux. The experimental results show that, it running well in the target systems by using this generating software code, its ease of maintenance and execution efficiency are better than manually written code, realize the rapid generation of embedded system software code.

    In allusion to the performance of the color fusion image on the human visual features, the characteristic of the existing evaluation method on image fusion is analyzed. An evaluation algorithm for color fusion image is proposed based on contrast sensitivity characteristic weighted structure similarity. The brightness component and the chromaticity component of image color are separated. The structure similarity of the image brightness component is first weighted by the contrast sensitivity characteristic, and then it is weighted with the structure similarity of the chromaticity component to acquire the structure similarity of the image. The experiments of different evaluation methods for image fusion demonstrate that this method can accomplish the quality evaluation of the color fusion image preferably.

In order to solve these problems, this paper puts forward an evaluation method, which uses the cloud model to evaluate residential land potential, the positive cloud generator to unify dimension, the evidence distance to fuse weight given by experts, and determines the level of residential land potential through the X-condition cloud generator. Examples show that the method is feasible and evaluation results are objective and accurate.
