The main incremental learning algorithms based on the principles are introduced and analyzed in detail. Finally, the future direction of incremental learning is depicted.

    Fuzzy mathematics is a brandnew subject of mathematics. Additionally, it is a great breakthrough from the science of computer to the mechanism of physical science for human being. The paper uses fuzzy mathematics as a tool to evaluate the trust model and the grade of service quality, which makes the assess of users trust values become more accurate, flexible and reliable. Fuzzy language variable is a quantitative, descriptive model which can describe the fuzzy character of trust and show the characteristic of itselfintuition and concision. It also can depict the dynamic quality of the grid and promote the development trust model of the grid in the theory.

    In order to improve Web application system quality and developing efficiency, the impact productivity of common module is analyzed and a platform to assist developing Web application system is designed. Based on modular design and rapid prototyping method, the Web application system development platform is able to enhance the processing of system development documentation and provide some utilitarian functions including documentation management, component library, dynamical compilation, versioning, etc. The studies suggest that the platform can shorten the developing cycle of common module and characterizes the whole processing management of Web application system development life cycle, largegrained building, modularization and rapid generating prototype system.

    The pluggable framework for access control(PFAC) is proposed. The framework includes information extraction module, pluggable configuration module, implementation of access control devices, and access control decision platform. The framework is implemented in a small banking system. Through the use of the framework, banking system is very well adapted to the everchanging rules of access management. Features of PFAC are showed with high reusability, easy to use and easy to operate. PFAC has solved when various domains redundant development access control module and the deployment brings the question which cause the code redundancy of application system, difficulty with maintains entrusts with heavy responsibility, can protect the application system resources well, safeguard systems correct movement.

In this model, the workflow and Web service can be found more accurately by using the advantage of the functional semantics. The Agent method is used to execute the composition flow.     In multimedia network, the routing problem is subject to QoS constrains. These problems are NPcomplete. An improved particle swarm algorithm is proposed to solve the QoS routing for multiple constrains. Some methods of evolution mechanism, constructing feasible solution space and adaptive inertia weight are presented to enhance capability of algorithm searching the best global solution. Simulation results verify the proposed algorithm is effective. The algorithm gets good performance and can effectively solve QoS routing with multiple constrains.

    The number of the earth stations in a TDM channel is limited, along with the increase of the earth station, one TDM channel can’t send control injunction to all the earth station, so this thesis proposes a conception which is more TDM control channels, extending the TDM channel from one to more, achieving the grouping of the earth station and the switching between the channels. In the basis of the parameter, the earth station setting the value in the channel chooses field. On duty of the correlational TDM channel, the system takes the reserved of the channel for every TDM.

    The status of city water environment monitoring in home and abroad is briefly introduced. On the basis of discussing the monitoring request, it is described that the technique advantage of LonWorks adapts to monitoring system, from the aspect of frame, function and application. Especially, the processor of neuro chip, application I/O port, memory mirror and service of LonTalk protocol are analyzed. Then, the paper presents the monitoring system based on LonWorks, and accounts for the function and procedure of each section. A detailed study of the measure container, frame of local control layer and configuration of iLon100 server is carried out. At last, the problems which are worth researching further are put forward.

    According to the characters and functions of LabVIEW, simulation teaching for LabVIEW digital circuits is put forward. Setting 83 encoder, made of 74148 circuits, as the priority encoder, the paper analyzes the application of LabVIEW in teaching of digital circuits. As the result of research findings, the design is completed for the 42, 83 and 104 normal encoders and priority encoders. Programs for all the encoders are gathered on the panel of the main programs, and displayed in the form of digital numbers. Through the simulation verification, it is found out that it functions in the same way as that of the actual electronic components and parts. In this way, the teaching methods become diversified, the teaching quality is improved, and the interest and active participation for learning is strengthened.

    At present, E-Government construction in China is promoting the depth and breadth. The construction of business application system in each region and department is also ascendant. “Pyramid Engineering”, Document Transmission System, Emergency Command System, Open Information Platform, Administrative Examine and Approval System and Social Credit System, etc., have been launched and achieved good social economic benefits. However, too many access points result in the lack of a unified access control mechanism; vertical and horizontal business applications coexist leads to the lack of an effective operational coordination; and each system working for their own causes the lack of uniform data transfer mechanism. As a result, data security will not be effectively protected, and exchange and sharing of government information will be constrained.     According to wavelet lifting scheme analysis, a new method for edge detection based on wavelet transform is presented. Firstly, subimages of horizontal, vertical and diagonal details are acquired through the wavelet decomposition. Secondly, according to subimages characteristics, subimage edges are detected by different edge detection operator. Lastly, image is reconstructed through the inverse wavelet transform. The experimental result confirms that the proposed method is feasible through traffic flow detection.

    This paper introduces what are office automation and collaborative office automation system. It also discusses the objective and requirement, design theory, global design and technology platform, functions and characteristics of Anhui tobacco collaborative office automation system. The mode of Anhui tobacco collaborative office automation system, which takes budget management as the thread, optimizes the business procedure and procedure control as the key point, enhances cooperative ability within different departments of the enterprise and the core competitiveness of enterprises.

    As to satellite formation keeping moving on low orbit in the influence of nonlinearity, subordinative satellite orbit may drift related to reference orbit, initial error of orbit drift can be restrained by traditional Lyapunov controller, which makes the system stable, but the large shock error can’t be removed. This thesis introduces a multilooped structure for satellite formation keeping, the ruler which can satisfy Lyapunov stability is set in inner loop, an outer LQR state adjuster added on Lyapunov controller is introduced, this inner and outer loop controller can restrain subordinative satellite drift of orbit related to reference orbit, which can keep satellite formation stable. Finally, numerical results show that the two inner and outer loop controller can satisfy the actual require.
