    This paper proposes using multicore processor as a computing node in the SMP cluster system, and studies the MPI+OpenMP hybrid programming model which is suitable for this system. To compare the performances of hybrid programming model and the pure MPI algorithm, two different matrix multiplication algorithms on both models are designed and tested in laboratory. The results show that the hybrid programming model can provide better performance.

    With the development of open GIS, WMSbased services to integrate heterogeneous spatial data is becoming more and more popular. In order to improve the efficiency of the WMS service and to reduce WebGIS server load effectively, this article analyzes the traditional caching strategy and the currently popular map tile cache strategy,as well as the basic principles and the indexing mechanism of the open tool TileCache. Then, applying and developing based on TileCache, experiments show that the cache speed of WMS service improves obviously.

    This paper introduces a method to integrate business system with CMS in portal environment. A business object has many related files which can be stored by CMS, when properties of files are managed by business system. The business system commits a request to manage related files to the portal system, then the portal event listener receives the request and deliveries the request to a bridge Portlet, which is called CMS Bridge Portlet, using IPC mechanism. This CMS Bridge Portlet communicates with CMS system through MBean Service registered in the application server.

    In view of the current wide demands of Fast Fourier Transform application in digital signal processing field, this paper introduces the method of realizing a 8point Radix2 and DIT (Decimation in Time) FFT processor based on the analysis of FFT algorithm. Then, the design is synthesized on Xilinx xc3s1500 chip family, and simulated using Modelsim SE 6.0. Results indicates that this processor function realization is correct, and has high operating speed and precision.

    This paper, firstly, uses VTune tools to optimize its scheduling algorithm. Then, it improves the scheduling algorithm of Darwin Server, and adds a realtime monitor thread of monitor server state. The thread sends the server running state and parameters to the scheduler server, then the scheduler compares those parameters sent by all servers, and assigns the request of customers to the current minimum load server. Finally,the experimental clusters are set up to prove that the works in this paper are effective.

    This paper analyzes the characteristics of multitenant, UI settings, ondemanding and expansibility of SaaS model. Combining with WSS platform technology, the support for a variety of characteristics is demonstrated from WSS platform to SaaS model of software development, and a certain extent applicable system model to SaaS model is proposed. For the various characteristics of SaaS model, some experiments are carried out and the support is validated by a smiple instance, and it gets the result: WSS platform for SaaS model can reduce the workload of the development of UI configure and ondemanding function. Then WSS platform can promote the software development of SaaS model in a certain range.

    A rotationinvariant denoising algorithm is proposed for restoring noisy images with cyclicr and dihedral symmetries. Based on the rotationinvariant (or plus reflection invariant) characteristic of cyclic (or dihedral) images, the proposed algorithm is performed successfully by rotating (or plus reflecting) and summing the noisy images. Experimental results show that, compared with other classic denoising methods, the proposed algorithm can restore the symmetric images efficiently.

    A fast and efficient algorithm for noise removal in color image based on Peer Group Filter (PGF) is proposed . Firstly, the basic Peer Group Filter is introduced. And then, on the analysis of the basic Peer Group Filter, a simplified algorithm based on PGF is given to filter image. At last, the simulation is performed on the presented algorithm and the results show that the algorithm not only smoothes image and maintains edges but also reduces the computational complexity.

    The modeling and realtime rendering technology of large area terrain is one of the difficulties for visual system of military simulation. The key technologies are studied including level of detail(LOD), texture mapping, paging strategy, large area database management.     Based on the research background of mobile communication, with roundly understanding the MPEG4 standard, the paper introduces three algorithms to optimize the DCT and motion estimation respectivly. In DCT module, it adopts binDCT and partial coefficients DCT to decrease complexity. At the same time, Normalized Partial Distortion Search (NPDS) is used to reduce computations of motion estimation. Via theory analysis and simulation result, these three algorithms not only ensure the images quality, but also reduce the encoding time. 
