    Dynamic flight scheduling means updating scheduling scheme timely, when the queue of the flight to be scheduled changes. This requires that scheduling algorithm should obtain stable sort results. An improved genetic algorithm based on MPS restriction is proposed to solve the problem that the results of GA aren’t stable. It can avoid effectively the situation of premature convergence and improve efficiency of search. The results show that the scheduling algorithm can get stably the optimal solution.

    Topic detection and tracking(TDT) is widely used. As one of research tasks for TDT, new event detection can provide prior knowledge to TDT, so it is of great theoretical research significance in the field of TDT. Because LDA model can not automatically identify new events, and the number of LDA topic is determined by the artificial, or by repeated experiments, it is of low efficiency. This paper presents a new method based on LDA and correlation of topic terms, which considers the correlation of subject terms and report time, it can dynamically adapt updated topics and then detect the new event. Experiment results demonstrate that this method is of some advantages and the sensitivity of new events detection is increased.

    Measurements can be contaminated with gross errors due to various reasons such as measurement irreproducibility, sensor problem and other reasons. The direct data reconciliation will diffuse gross errors, which affect reliability and accuracy of data reconciliation results. As a result, before the data reconciliation, it needs to identify and remove the measurement data contaminated with gross errors. The existing methods of gross errors detection have not a good detection result for limited gross errors (less than or equal to 3). This paper presents a new method of detecting and identifying gross errors based on “3σ rule”, which not only has a good detection result for limited gross errors but also for more gross errors. By using the method of collective compensation for gross errors, this method can effectively prevent the emergence of the singular matrix.

    The traditional weak signal detection theory based on single Duffing chaotic oscillator system is described. In the traditional method based on chaos theory for detection of weak signals in strong noise environment, there prone to be instability in the phase change of system and the anti-noise should also be further enhanced. For solving the problems, the method of detecting the weak signal in strong noise environment based on double Duffing coupled improved oscillator system is proposed, and the weak sinusoidal signal detection in strong noise environment is finished the simulation by using this method. By simulation, the result is that based on the system of two-coupled improved chaotic oscillator, the weak signals in the strong noise environment can be better detected and the noise is better suppressed.

    This paper presents an improved clustering model based on distance measurement, in order to solve the problem of slow convergence rate of traditional K_means clustering method by selecting initial cluster centers randomly. By using effective heuristic information, this method selects better clustering centers and reduces the iteration steps of attaining stable clustering state. Then the speed of algorithm is accelerated. Simulation results on UCI datasets demonstrate that comparing with traditional K_means clustering means, the improved K_means has fast convergence rate and the better clustering results are obtained by this model after less iterations.

    Ammunition supply is the lifeblood of combat troops, active, accurate and rapid implementation of ammunition delivery has become an important growth point in modern warfare, fast and accurate driving route choice and time prediction of ammunition delivery are crucial. Through analyzing the traditional methods of ammunition delivery, using satellite images processing technology, the article establishes the driving route choice and time prediction algorithms of ammunition delivery and application policy model. The traffic flow of the route is the least, it is the best. The speed of traffic flow is used as the speed of delivery vehicles to predict arrival time of the ammunition delivery. In order to improve the reliability and accuracy of traffic flow prediction algorithms, statistical data mining is used to optimize the algorithm parameters, and thus to reduce the algorithms time complexity by use of parallel computing, to achieve optimal route selection of ammunition delivery and reliable, accurate and fast prediction of arrival time.

    At present, the similarity calculation for inquires is usually considered by comparing retrieval results to inquires. This paper proposes an algorithm based on Bayesian classifier to calculate the similarity of XML search results. On the basis of working out similarity of each document and inquire, it divides XML retrieval documents into relevant sets and uncorrelated sets by using Bayesian classifier. Then, final similarity is obtained by calculating the similarity of relevant documents and uncorrelated documents. At last, the experimental analysis shows that the new algorithm improves the retrieval performance effectively about 15 percent higher than traditional method without affecting recall ratio.

    Genetic algorithm is currently an adaptive searching algorithm which gives a new solution to generate test cases. However, when it is used to generate test cases, the randomness of recombination and mutation makes the diversity of the population easily destroyed and leads to the search space getting smaller, finally results in the algorithm finding a wrong local optimum. Moreover, recombining and mutating freely makes the searching efficiency very low. This paper introduces an improved method, with a mutation control strategy and an optimal control strategy added, which effectively improves the searching capability and gets optimal solution capability of the algorithm.

    In order to solve the problem that most positioning algorithms require special devices more or less, the digital camera being used universally is applied for locating object. According to binocular location theory, a linear model of imaging is established and a method for examining this model is designed. Then the precision and stability of imaging are analyzed in detail. This model is simple, low computation cost and well scalable, which can provide good reference value for multi-camera situation and can be used widely.

    This paper investigates the invariant function method for generating images with cyclic and dihedral evolving symmetry by means of dynamical systems. By taking chaotic functions with cyclic and dihedral evolving symmetry to be iterating functions and constructing their corresponding invariant functions, visually fascinating patterns with such symmetries can be generated in this way. The method presented here provides a novel approach for devising planar symmetric patterns.

    One of the disadvantages of the SUSAN operator is that it just takes into account USAN’s size without considering USAN’s shape in detecting feature points. It’s difficult to distinguish the chessboard corners and edge points for the SUSAN algorithm. Therefore another SUSAN circular mask is added within the SUSAN circular mask to overcome this defect. Moreover, sub-pixel coordinates corners are calculated with quadric surface fitting. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has high precision and can provide reliable data for high-precision camera calibration.

    Aiming at the problem that the support windows are selected difficultly in stereo matching algorithm based on local areas and the support windows are bigger or smaller, a new stereo matching algorithm of adaptive windows is proposed. First, the algorithm acquires size of support windows adaptively by computing gradient of pixel with Sobel operator, then searches the most appropriate pixel to get disparity image by function of SAD or NCC. In addition, the method is improved by decreasing the computation in selecting size of windows. The results show that this algorithm has higher precision and its calculating time is shortened by nearly 5%.

    For the correct localization of the two-dimensional bar code in the image, the paper proposes a multi-scale segmentation location algorithm. In the first segmentation, the image is divided into several blocks, then, according to the black and white pixel ratio, variance of high-frequency sub-band coefficients, the blocks would be classified into bar code and non-bar code areas. By gradually increasing the scale, the block is divided into four sub-blocks, the segmentation result is recursively refined at each scale based on the multi-scale segmentation model. And so on, until the finest scale, the location of bar code area in the image is gotten. Experimental results show that the algorithm can be better to locate the bar code area. Especially in the case of complex background with large amounts of text, this method has certain advantages.

    This paper presents a method for camera quality evaluation in embedded application, which gets scores of real-time frame according to the selection of experienced image areas with the measurable character of RGB histogram. The method is not focused on the captured images but the real-time frame evaluation during preview, so the inexperienced users could get high quality with tuning of capture angle and menu performance.

    Teaching quality assessment is an important measure that colleges and universities take to improve teaching quality. A scientific and sound teaching quality assessment system will motivate teachers to improve teaching methods and perfect teaching means. The weight of the evaluating indicators in the system is analyzed from a rough set theory perspective. The purpose is to determine their respective significance, make a judgment as to if the current assessment system in Aba Teachers College is objective, and provide a decision-making basis for the improvement of it. In a simulation experiment, historical data concerning student evaluation of teaching is studied and analyzed by using the methods provided by the rough set theory. The experiment shows that the method is practical.

    Now the main technologies, which are used for networking in the low-voltage power distribution spot, are the fieldbus technology, industrial ethernet technology and wireless communication technology. But they all have their own disadvantages. In order to overcome the shortages of the traditional methods, a new method based on BPLC(broadband power line communication) is introduced. Its advantages are no-wiring, high communication rate, low cost of equipment and good mobility of node. Based on the method the overall design of a new distribution automation system is given. The hardware and software design of the PLC terminal module are introduced in detail. The results indicate that the system can realize remote-measurement, remote-communication, remote- regulation, and remote- control.

    With the development of IP communication, Presence plays an increasingly important role in communication system. Presence information is sensitive and private, a Presence server needs authorization from the presentity prior to handing out Presence information. The IETF proposes two solutions to deal with authorization problem: Watcher Info mechanism and XCAP mechanism. This paper describes the implementation of the two mechanisms in a Presence server based on SIMPLE, comparatively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two mechanisms, and based on this, discusses their prospects.

    As the traditional MIL-STD-1553B cannot meet the demand for high-speed data transmission and replacing the existing data bus can be cost prohibitive, there is an urgent need to upgrade the 1553B system to offer high-speed communication interface without interfering the existing baseband communication. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the channel in 1553B and selects the discrete multi-tone modulation (DMT) as the technology of extending the bandwidth of 1553B for its high spectrum efficiency. A scheme of upgrading 1553B compatible with the existing system based on discrete multi-tone modulation is proposed and the key technologies involved in the scheme are discussed.

    The development of E-commerce encourages more and more buyers to purchase products via the Internet. Although most of business websites provide comprehensive query functions to help buyers find out what they want, unfortunately, when it comes to huge quantities of queries of different products, this kind of human query in front of a screen becomes time-consuming and tedious. And it is not easy for programs to extract Web data from Web pages. One reason is that the structure of Web pages may change. This paper uses the thinking of Web service to solve this problem. Web data extraction is done through a kind of Web service, independent of Web pages, provided by the website. This paper analyzes the way of thinking behind REST (Representational State Transfer) and illuminates the central abstraction concept of resource and the feature of emphasizing the uniform interface, which distinguishes REST architecture style from other network-based architecture styles. It points that RESTful Web service is a better solution to build Web services, compared with SOAP-style Web service. Constructing a RESTful Web service which provides electronic product query service based on Apache CXF framework in the context of Spring technology, and based on this service, a data extraction client can obtain Web data conveniently using XML parser tools.

This paper firstly analyzes the model of TDOA technology and realizes the location of a mobile station through an algorithm. Secondly, TDOA technology is applied in locating the bad network of wireless network optimization system. At last, this paper uses Matlab to simulate the location of mobile station based on four base stations and get an ideal simulation result.

    In the study of cluster system, the load-balancing algorithm is an important direction, because it is related to whether the multiple servers, after integrated into a cluster system, are able to collaborate well to better complete the task the users submit. To achieve this goal, the paper, basing on the analysis of the existing load-balancing algorithms, proposes an improved load-balancing algorithm that can dynamically collect the real-time server load indexes then calculate the weights of the servers in the assignation of the connection requests users submit. The test results show that the improved method can effectively prevent the servers from tilt and achieve a good load-balancing effect.

    With the development of mobile devices, mobile applications have become richer. The main content is to develop a mobile Internet application based on SmartFoxServer platform, which can interact with SmartFoxServer 2X server in real-time, such as updating and persistenting player information. This paper briefly introduces the Java extension of SmartFoxServer and composition of Android applications. By implementing a wireless network gaming system, the paper details its development principles and process. Finally, by the implementation of the game, it further illustrates the application prospect about Android development on the SmartFoxServer 2X platform.

    In the process of rendering for large terrain, producing images clearly and accurately are required. This paper puts forward the reasonable solution from the organization of the real-time terrain data, drawing LOD selection standards, LOD optimization and optimization of view frustum culling. The result shows that the method can make full use of GPU draw, which can be applied to rendering for large scale terrain.

    This paper discusses a solution which applies the notion of behavior analysis to the debugging and testing process of Linux kernel porting on simulation platform. The outstanding feature of testability and the principle of software-tracking in the simulation platform are fully discussed. The behavior particle is also defined according to the special environment. Moreover, this paper introduces some special data structures and algorithms to illustrate the behavior tracking and analysis, and analyzes the applicability of this solution.

    This paper discusses a method to build simulating platform directly on command line rather than compilation in environment SystemC, describes the procedure of building simulating platform, analyzes the types of modules and the differences on communication between different types of modules. The creation of modules, especially the scheme of communication link between different types of modules is discussed. The demands for module structure based on this method are analyzed.     Protecting software codes from illegal tampers is a severe problem for software developers. Based on the idea of guards, this paper proposes a cycling guards model which can protect the integrity of the program with more flexible way. All the guards form cycle chain to ensure that each guard is protected by other guards, to protect the integrity of the software itself, at the same time ensuring the security of guards. Meanwhile, the paper proposes a protocol of data integrity check to check integrity of checking guards real-time and proves the protocol’s security.

    Traditional software-based network intrusion detection systems (NIDS) are becoming strained as network data-rate increases. A gigabit NIDS is implemented based on FPGA. The computationally intensive components of a NIDS such as stream capturing, packet resolving and pattern matching of rule set are implemented based on high-speed logic cells of FPGA. While human-machine interfacing module is implemented based on embedded system. Test shows that when working in pressing gigabit network, the system can achieve zero-loss rate.

The monitoring software is developed with KingView when comprehensive management and information sharing and function linkage are realized by system integration.     This paper builds 1/4 of an active suspension model in MATLAB/Simulink based on the active suspension control theory. After simulation focused on the active suspension with LQG controller and fuzzy logic controller, the results show that the controlled active suspension has a great improvement in ride comfort and can reach a better performance relative to the passive suspension.

    Based on 16-bit SPCE061A, this paper designs a mobile phone contact, which is displayed by SPLC501 LCD. And the detail of contact is recognized through SPR4096 memory which is used to write Chinese characters. It’s necessary to complete the basic operations, such as adding, deleting, and query by using 4×4 keyboard. Adding the voice dialing with SPC function library, some functions of mobile phone contact are achieved.

    With the continuous development of Internet technology and increasing popularity of Internet technology application, network television is quietly rising, and may be instead of existing broadcast TV. This paper analyzes network television and IPTV set-top box browser technology in detail, proposes embedded browser based on Webkit, and describes its work flow and design steps. The experimental results show that the embedded browser supports multiwindow opening page links, Chinese display, picture rendering speed, at the same time, Webkit provides history page caching, as well as backward, forward, historical display and so on.
