    Optimum reliability allocation must be solved during avionics design. It is a way to distribute system reliability to the components to achieve the optimum target through balancing the relationship between the

    reliability and some other source. A reliability optimization method used by BlockSim software is studied based on cost function which allows the system to achieve the goal reliability at minimum cost. And a way based on reliability

    importance is discussed. Taken an airborne system for an example, simulation results are given through building project and calculation. Results show that the approaches are feasible and there are two aspect to improve system reliability, improving reliability of the components and redundancy.

    The genetic algorithm has good searching performance, but it is prone to “premature”. A two-stage composite genetic algorithm is proposed based on genetic algorithm. The first stage of the new algorithm is used to search in the global solution space, according to the results of the first stage and range reduction strategy, searching of the second stage is based on a satisfactory space and more accessible to the optimization solution to avoid local optima trap. Compared with other improved genetic algorithm by simulation examples, the proposed algorithm is proved better commonality.

    In text classification, only a few scholars used the weight of feature words to express text, but the method of feature selection they used didn’t consider the symbol and boundary of the weight of feature words. So, on the basis of CHI statistics, this paper proposes a new way to calculate correlation-score between feature words and classification; and selects different means to get the relevance between text and classification, according to the count of feature words in each feature set. At last, in order to determine the text category, this paper just applies the number of feature words and their relevance to category, and can well judge the text contained few feature words. Experiment shows that it is an effective and feasible method to classify text.

The model of teacher’s classroom teaching quality evaluation is established based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). A teacher’s classroom teaching quality is evaluated and analyzed by the model, and the corresponding improved suggestion is put forward. The scientificity and practicality of evaluation are improved.

In this method, not only can use ontology to the conceptual relations accurate reveals that calculation between document concept similarity, but also can combine of rough set, related concept example of attribute importance measure, thus calculation attributes similarity, overcome traditional methods depend on people’s prior knowledge this defect, and finally the comprehensive form document semantic vector similarity, and through the experimental analysis shows that this method can greatly improve the accuracy of the document similarity calculation.

    Tailings pond is a kind of dangerous source, so it is very necessary to carry on the risk assessment for tailings pond. It first analyzes the probability of occurrence on different types of accidents, which is based on the statistics domestic tailings accident; then according to the probability-possibility transformation, probability distribution is converted to the possibility distribution to introduce possibility measure of possibility theory; finally combining with risk of each accident and expert assignment it calculates the risk value of the tailings. The risk assessment model is established based on this risk value. Combining with engineering example, it shows the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.

    By redefining the position, velocity and operation rules of the particle, a hybrid algorithm of PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm) and GA(Genetic Algorithm) is designed to solve the problem of label placement for point-features. Inspired by the mutation operation in GA, a mutation operator is used to change the particle position. This operation can increase the diversity of the particle swarm, restrain premature stagnation, and prevents the decline in the search capacity of the particle. At last, this algorithm is tested by several examples. The annotation densities of these examples are 12% and 35%. The result shows that the algorithm has good stability to be able to solve the problem of label placement for point-features.

    Aimed at the existence of noise in congeneric multi-sensor measurement, the weighted average, the optimal weighting, and the adaptive weighted method of data fusion are used, respective advantages and disadvantages are judged from the simulation result. According to the simulation results, Jackknife and adaptive weighted method of combining data fusion method is proposed, and the Jackknife Queniuille is used estimated respectively from two aspects of the weighting coefficient and the estimated value.The experimental results show that, after this new method’s used, the accuracy and robustness of its data processing is superior to ordinary processing method’s.

    A clustering algorithm based on K-means clustering for WSN is proposed. Since the questions of the determining number of the best clusters, the choice of initial cluster centers and objective function are settled, then the sub-clusters of WSN can be achieved with the K-means clustering algorithm. Finally, evaluating the sub-cluster algorithm performance and simulating it which shows that the WSN clustering algorithm based on the K-means clustering can not only save energy and prolong the life of the network, but also improve the energy consumption of a balanced network and ensure uniform distribution of the clustering heads.

    The feature of pulmonary nodules in the CT image is not obvious, the shape and location is different. Computer-aided detection system can increase the amount of detected lung nodules and reduce the number of missed nodules, which can assist the clinicians to distinguish the benign and malignant nodules. This paper presents a new method which is FCM based on the model of visual attention image segmentation. Simulation results show that the method used in computer-aided diagnosis can improve the effectiveness of medical diagnosis, and the detection of the rate of lesions, and it plays a positive effect on the reducing of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.

    GIS is closely interrelated to various fields including daily life, manufacture, and research. With the rapid development of the mobile devices, Android OS has become one of the mainstream mobile OS. Therefore it is of great importance to build an Android based GIS application. This paper develops an Android based GIS application with a novel memory cache strategy. To aim at the drawbacks of large memory occupation and long refresh period of the ‘double cache area’ method usually used on embedded system, this paper proposes a ‘single cache area’ strategy which divided the cache area into tiles and manipulates them independently and in a parallel manner with multi-threading, and introduces “out discard” and “cyclical update” strategies to improve memory efficiency and data refresh rate.

So this light-weighted RESTful service is studied, the SOAP-based Web service is migrated, a prototype of RESTful service is conducted.     Edge detection is the foundation of image analysis and processing which include image segmentation, image enhancement, image restoration, pattern recognition, image compression and so on. Edge detection is also a hot topic in the field of digital image processing. The method of noise color image edge detection based on morphology in HSI space is proposed. By improving the traditional morphological gradient edge detection, the edge information of H, S, I is calculated, then the edge information of color image is obtained by combining three components’ edge information according to their specific weights. The experimental result shows that the edge which detected by the proposed method meets the visual edge, this algorithm is better than traditional ones in the terms of resistance to noise and is able to keep more complete outline of the original color image and has better practicality and versatility.

    This paper researches on the problem that pictures displaying and dynamic refreshing on ArcGIS may lead to the high CPU usage, high memory usage, unstable system, and the unsmooth display effect. This article in view of the current ArcGIS to provide relevant methodological shortcomings and inadequacy, puts forward a new dynamic refresh idea, namely the use of GDI way to establish multiple buffer channel, in the new thread to complete the picture of the dynamic refresh. In order to successfully promote the picture display effect, reduces the CPU usage, and ensures that the pictures were dynamic refreshed fluency and stability.

    A method for edge detection based on median filtering and gradient sharpening is proposed. At first median filtering is used to remove the noise because it can protect the edge of the image at the same time. Secondly, gradient sharpening is employed to enhance the strength of the edge pixels, then the initial edge of the image is obtained by simple binarization. The system uses a connected component labeling method to remove the residues black block within the enclosed boundaries of the image. Finally, by comparing the results of the experiment with the manual extraction results and error analysis, the shortcoming of this algorithm is found for future work. Practice has proved that the edge detection method of this paper has a good effect to speckle images.

    At present, the modeling and verification of Cyber-physical Systems(CPS) is becoming a hot topic of CPS software design. First, a typical prototype of CPS architecture is given and it generally consists of several basic components, e.g., sensors, actuators, etc. Based on timed automata, CPS modeling approach is proposed, in which these components are modeled as individual timed automata reflecting their distributed and real-time characteristics. Then, all these time automata come into a network that represents concurrent communication and collaboration of the whole CPS. Finally, some properties (including time constraints) with the CPS are presented, and the correctness of the whole system is automatically verified by using the model-checking tool UPPAAL.
