    Congruent circle packing problem is one of the complex combination optimization problems with strong constraint. Aiming at the characteristics and difficulties of strong constraints, this paper proposes a method to solve the problem by improving the traditional differential evolution algorithm. The improved algorithm uses the effective solution space to improve the mutation of differential evolution, and uses the stochastic ranking mechanism to improve the selection of differential evolution. A lot of experiments have been done and prove that the result of the proposed algorithm is about less than 1% with the current optimal value, so the evolutionary computation is feasible in solving the congruent circle packing problem. At the same time, evolution algorithm is of good convergence, thus there will be a very good application in other strong constraint complex optimization problems.

    As the internal space of UAV is limited and the equipments are closely installed, the electromagnetic environment of UAV system is fairly complex and the deteriorative electromagnetic environment causes serious interferences among different equipments. Therefore, electromagnetic compatibility prediction is a very effective means to ensure the electromagnetic compatibility among the UAV airborne communication equipments. According to the characteristics of UAV, an interference margin analysis method is proposed, which is fit for the RF electromagnetic compatibility prediction among the UAV airborne communication equipments. The effectiveness of this method is verified by the mathematical model of the airborne equipments about frequency and amplitude forecasting, which provides an effective solution for analyzing the RF electromagnetic compatibility among airborne communication equipments.

    In order to meet the need of monitoring and aided decision of internet public opinion, a case-based reasoning (CBR) framework for aided decision system of internet public opinion is proposed. Firstly, a survey of study on internet public opinion is made, and the significance of research for aided decision system of internet public opinion based on CBR is given; secondly, the workflow of aided decision system of internet public opinion based on CBR is analyzed, and the framework for aided decision system of internet public opinion based on CBR is proposed; then the key elements of aided decision system of internet public opinion based on CBR are analyzed, such as case representation and case retrieval, and the implementation methods of them are given in detail; finally, a prototype system based on the above is shown, and experimental results show that it is efficient to realize the aided decisions with this system.

    According to PSO algorithm and using actual university geographic coordinates, taking discrete PSO algorithm as the core and combining with combinatorial optimization TSP, the paper proposes a new self-balancing mechanism to solve the university shortest path as SDPSO. System development uses Visual Studio 2005, MapInfo8.0, MapX5.0 to get algorithm result. Experimental results show that SDPSO not only can solve actual path problem, but also has better self-balancing search capability, the original performance is improved.

    Analog circuit has its tolerance on component parameters, continuous response and nonlinearity, and the limitation of the number of test points, it is difficult to achieve expected results in practical engineering based on classical circuit fault diagnosis. While neural network has the characteristics of fault tolerance, generalization ability and non-linear processing, this paper extracts the fault feature in radar circuit rapidly and validly, constructs the samples of neural network, and solves the problems in fault diagnosis of analog circuits with frequency characteristics of circuits.

    Aiming at the imperfection of quality evaluation of information technology vendors for power supply enterprises, taking the vendors’ evaluation and analysis as platform, this paper studies on how to use the data mining technology to evaluate the vendors. The evaluation data of vendors is mined effectively to provide model and method support for the quality evaluation classification of vendors by using the maximum-minimum method to establish similar matrix, and the transitive closure method for clustering analysis. Experimental results show that the model is simple, effective, and can reflect the quality level of vendors more objectively and truly.

To solve practical problems, the paper tries to use a mosaic approach to demand an idea of suboptimal solutions.     Aiming at the low speed and match rate of the moment method and template match method, which have been used in the detection of PCB marks for a long time, and for the robustness of the image shapes, this article proposes a method that uses Freeman chain code to extract the contours of images and vertex detection algorithm to simplify the vertexes of the contours. Finally the pair-wise geometrical histograms whose rotation invariance is applied in the detection and match of PCB mark are generated by these vertexes. The experimental results using this method indicate that the comprehensive correct match rate is up to 96%.

    To improve the production quality, it is important to develop a high precision and strong maneuverability aviation parts surface inspection system. This paper presents a novel parts surface scratches detection system based on machine vision, which includes hardware and software components. The algorithm process of the software component is focused on and discussed, and a practical scheme is presented. The experimental results show that the proposed system is of a strong applicability to practical production.

This paper presents a rendering-based video identification method of analog measuring instrument. The basic idea is using synthetic image which is generated by rendering technology to approach the observation image. When the distance between the synthetic image and the observation image is the shortest, the model is made as the result of identification.

    The significance and current status of the remote sensing images’ three-dimensional visualization are analyzed, and the methods and technical processes of remote sensing images’ three-dimensional visualization based on ArcScene are discussed. With the Tingri County, Shigatse Tibet Autonomous region’s TM remote sensing image, SRTM DEM data, and the latitude and longitude coordinates of the Tingri County remote sensing measurement site, Tingri County three-dimensional images are produced by the ArcScene. As the basic information of the three-dimensional, the images are useful for topographic survey and geographic analysis of Tingri County, Shigatse Tibet Autonomous region. Moreover, the 3S technology is promoted by the three-dimensional terrain visualization via combing the remote sensing and geographic information system.

    Aiming at the needs for measurement of multi-dimension information in industry environment and application requirement of Internet of things technology, the paper develops a general multi-sensor information measurement apparatus based on IPv6. The apparatus uses DSP-ARM processor as the kernel, it realizes the design of IPv6 network communication with the ARM’s embedded EMIT, integrated network communication chip LXT971 and Socket network programming. And its DSP chip uses interpolation decoupling technology to realize the accurate measurement of sensing information. Experiment shows that, the apparatus meets networking measurement requirement of multi-sensor information in industry environment.

    Considering the serious systematic distortion when the networked control systems (NCS) have different network loading, this paper introduces a new solution of using suitable network protocols to improve the performance of system, gives a general instruction of the characteristics of four types of network protocols which are Ethernet, CAN, Round Robin and Switched Ethernet, then confirms the different protocols which have different network performances when they are applied to low loading and high loading in experiment by establishing the model of NCS, writing code, adjusting network interference share and choosing different network protocols. This paper comes to a conclusion that networked control systems have better dynamic and stability performance by choosing proper network protocols.

    The software defined radio (SDR) technology has changed traditional hardware radio platform, which is a flexible software defined radio platform and supports different wireless communication standards and system requirements. The field programmable gate array (FPGA) plays an increasingly important role in flexible SDR design due to its flexible programming features, increasing processing capacity and scale of logical resources. Starting from the design idea of software defined radio, this paper describes the design and realization of a digital down-conversion SDR system based on FPGA used in personal handyphone system (PHS), and elaborates a kind of low cost SDR realization based on hard limit and RSSI amplitude restore. Simulation results verify the validity and reliability of this method.

    For the purpose to find a solution to lessen the algorithmic complexity of newly proposed sequence-based localization algorithm, a novel algorithm based on virtual anchor nodes is proposed. This method can reduce the amount of classifications for referential anchor nodes through establishing virtual anchor nodes. Accordingly, it can cut time consumed for positioning. Computer simulation indicates that the new method is more accurate than sequence-based localization algorithm and it can take less time for positioning.

    Peer-to-peer system does not consider combining the overlay with physical network, which would cause a serious topology mismatching between the P2P logical overlay network and the physical network, and that increases the delay between the nodes. About this problem, this paper proposes the super-node selection mechanism based on district partition. This mechanism divides P2P into several regions according to physical position to ensure that nodes are close. Simulation results show that it can decrease network search delay lower, it is effective and scalable.

    Against path optimization problem for wireless sensor network (WSN), this paper proposes a path optimization for WSN based on improved ant colony algorithm by combining with the advantages of genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm and introducing the genetic algorithm selection, crossover and mutation operators into ant colony algorithm to improve the algorithm’s capability of convergence and global search. Simulation experimental results show that the improved ant colony algorithm improves WSN routing efficiency and success rate, prolongs the survival time of network and improves the overall network performance.

    Part of the wireless Mesh network nodes are powered by the battery, and when wireless Mesh network is widely applied into wireless access, energy-saving is a significant work. This paper puts forward an energy-saving cluster-based routing protocol for wireless Mesh network (ECRPWMN), it firstly separates the network into some clusters, and runs the table-driven routing between the clusters; how much routing work the node in the cluster does is decided by how much residual energy it has, so as to achieve a balance of energy consumption. The simulation shows ECRPWMN can effectively save energy, balance network load and extend the network’s lifetime.

    Ad Hoc wireless network has the flexible, fast installment without the impact of cable networks, and has broad prospects for development. With the development of wireless communications technology, multicast applications widespread increasingly, multicast technology is becoming an important research topic. This paper studies the multicast routing problem in Ad Hoc network. For the complexity of existing algorithms and the difficulty of applying to the real world, the paper presents an efficient and effective multicast routing algorithm DCMR. First, the algorithm finds enough the delay constraint satisfied paths. Then, the path would be sorted by cost, and be selected in turn to cover all the receiving node, until the multicast tree is established. Finally, the validity of the multicast tree would be checked, removing the routing loop which may exist. Simulation results show that the tree costs generated by DCMR algorithm is slightly worse than KPP algorithm. But, for algorithm execution time, compared with KPP, DCMR has decreased 43.9%.

    Solving the problem of minimum spanning tree has been widely used to solve searching issues in reality. However, the node of a connected graph net is often changed, and, once it's changed, the traditional algorithm has to recalculate the minimum spanning tree. But, even the graph node changes, not all of minimum spanning tree will be changed, which results in unnecessary waste. This article is aimed at improving Kruskal algorithm and Prim algorithm, which can update the minimum spanning tree when the graph changes without recalculating.

This article firstly introduces the basic principles of telecommunication API and the interface specification, combines the actual development needs to modify the API JSON format; secondly, uses Visual Studio 2008 to build a software platform, which connects Microsoft SQL Server database; finally, extracts information from the database, uses the “event” in Visual Studio 2008 to trigger API interface to accurately send the information to the target phone. The whole process is tested and is satisfied to the development requirements.

    An audio signal processing system based on DSP is introduced. The system adopts TI's low power consumption DSP TMS320VC5509A as the main processor, and TLV320AIC23 as the audio codec chip. Therefore, the system's hardware platform and software design are completed based on them, which can be used as a universal platform for other audio signal processing. The paper expounds in detail the method of interface that connects codec chip with DSP. At last, it provides an example of data transmission based on DMA interruption, which upgrades procession speed largely.

    For E-learning system with features such as interactive, real-time, concurrency, MVC hierarchical design model is used so that it can adapt to change needs and extend in the future. Independent Web server HTTP request for pages is processed, video file streaming into FMS server and relieving pressure on the data processing of a single server, and video transmission of large amount of data will not affect the user's website. Focused analysis on the process of database development in the principles of database design, database development, and database tables, database connection method is included. Finally test on function and stress of the system is carried out, results show that this system can support large user populations and high concurrency and instant online learning exchange. The system is fully functional, usable. Future application will include online education teaching, training, and management.

    Deep Web search interface is the interface of Web database. It is essential for the integration of Deep Web databases. According to the structural characteristics of the Web form, search interface is defined. For non-submission query method, some of the rules as defined in the Deep Web search interface are given. The submission query method is proposed, which finds out the page containing the search interface with the features of the link properties. The Web pages are classified with the C4.5 decision tree algorithm, and the Deep Web search interface system is realized by using Java.

    Real-time database has been widely applied in industrial process control field, in which historical data costs vast space. In order to increase the capacity of database while keeping the characteristic of high speed, data compression technology is adopted into real-time database. This paper designs a new lossless data compression algorithm for historical data of real-time database which is based on LZ algorithm. The experiments indicate that this algorithm achieves small amount of computation, high compression ratio and fast compression speed.

    This article researches on the algorithm of embedding digital watermarking in static gray images based on discrete cosine transformation (DCT), and focuses on the ways and means of embedding watermarking. The algorithmic principle is dividing the watermarking and original images into blocks, converting the blocks to DCT domain, and embedding them correspondently. However, the watermarking must be embedded in a certain place, that is embedding the watermarking to images in some of the intermediate frequency near low frequency part. The purpose is to make the embedded watermarking better hidden and resistant to attack. Experimental results show that under certain conditions, the watermarking can be well hidden in the original image with a certain degree of resistance to attack of smear or shear.

    In order to improve the comfort degree of indoor lighting source, an implementation method of color temperature adjusting lighting system is proposed, which meets the people’s demand for adjusting color temperature and brightness according to their physical and psychological needs in different environments. According to the coordinates of red, green, blue colors and blackbody track, the desired brightness of the three primary colors which matches the target color temperature on the basis of the light mixing arithmetic is calculated. Then the gray data is acquired by PAM or PWM gray modulation mode, and the feasibility of the method is verified by experiments of several typical color temperatures, and finally the causes of errors are analyzed. The experiment results show that this method can not only realize the matching of target color temperature of different brightness, but also the color temperature and the brightness can be modulated on a great scale.

    The characters of the cluster system and its software and hardware configuration environment are first described, then a computational fluid dynamics cluster system based on MPI and the open source platform OpenFOAM is constructed, and the performance and parallel efficiency of the cluster system are tested and analyzed. The numerical simulation and parallel computing for turbulent combustion flow reactor are achieved by using this cluster system and the three-dimensional flow field simulation results are obtained. The experiment results show that the cluster system for numerical simulation of turbulent combustion can improve the computational efficiency significantly and get better simulation results.

    With the rising of enterprise informatization demands in the production of real-time monitoring, massive storage and scientific analysis and decision, the operation and maintenance monitoring systems have gradually become the main management tools. By using the latest cloud computing technology, this paper designs and builds a cloud operation and maintenance monitoring system, which is easy to expand for data scale, quick for processing speed, high for security, and low for cost. And in the light of the shortcomings of slow response to the real-time extraction of massive and historical monitoring data in operation and maintenance control system, the paper designs and implements a distributed massive data processing model based on Hadoop. Simulation experiments show that the massive data extraction efficiency of the cloud monitoring system based on Hadoop is superior to traditional methods, and the advantage is more obvious with the rapid growth of the amount of data.

    For high efficiency and security of oil producing, the real-time monitoring of oil well pressure is important. In this paper, with the flexibility of ActiveX, VS.NET combined with Measurement Studio is used to develop the real-time monitoring system. Through the serial ports RS485, the oil well pressure obtained by the pressure sensor is conveyed to the system. The system implements a real-time display of the pressure value in the virtual instrument, paints a real-time pressure curve, and stores the pressure value. Querying and printing the historical pressure value is provided by the system. Microsoft Speech SDK is used to develop the sound alarming function for the abnormal condition.
